Spending Our April 1st In The Gym: Full Workout Routine

Another month, another set of motivation.

‎It's April 1st, a holiday.

‎So how did you spend your day?

‎If you ask me, I'm into fitness and workout routines right now.

‎So, wearing my sneakers and carrying my water bottle, we spent our day in the gym.

‎It was 5 pm when we headed straight to the gym. I'm with my hubby, and my friend Aliyah.

‎As we entered the gym, we could already hear the sounds of clanging weights and the upbeat music that was played on one's phone.

‎That already motivated me and burst my energy.

‎Of course, warming up is important when doing a workout.

‎So we made our way first to the open floor where a few others were stretching and jogging in place.

‎The mirrors lining the walls reflected our movements.

‎I started with some light cardio, jogging in place while I began to stretch my muscles.

‎I did arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists.

‎After that warm-up, I was ready to dive into my full workout routine.

‎Right now, my focus is on strength and resistance training. And so, I grasped the barbell and I began my sets of squats.

My friend Aliyah cheered on me, taking photos to capture the moment.

‎My hubby, on the other hand, did the ab wheel rollout exercise.

‎Focusing on his core muscles and stability.

‎He said it can help him enhance his posture and prevent lower back pain.

While Aliyah started with a battle rope exercise.

‎She began to move the ropes in alternating wave patterns.

‎Engaging her core muscles and stabilizing her body.

Each of us tackles a different exercise but with the same goal of improving our physical health.

‎This workout makes our muscles tired but in a good way.

‎We've done it! Accomplishing our fitness goal.

‎This does not just benefit our physical but also our mental and emotional too.

‎I hope just like us, you maintain your healthy lifestyle too.
