Hola amigos de Top Family. Hoy me uno a ustedes para participar en su Concurso TBT de los jueves, Un día de esos. Me satisface compartir un recuerdo muy bonito de mi visita a España, les quiero hablar de una inolvidable experiencia en el Bar de hielo en Barcelona, muy cerca de la playa.

Hace 10 años me encontré con mi prima que vive en Barcelona, hacía mucho tiempo que no nos veíamos y estábamos alegres por el encuentro. El mismo día que llegué me llevó a recorrer los alrededores de la playa La Barceloneta y me dijo que me iba a llevar a un sitio especial.

Al llegar al lugar pude observar que en su entrada había un termómetro digital que marcaba -10 grados Celsius, yo estaba curiosa por saber de qué se trataba. Antes de entrar nos dan una chaqueta con gorro muy gruesa y un par de guantes.
Nos ponemos la chaqueta y los guantes, nos abren la puerta de entrada y… ¡qué sorpresa! todo es de hielo, la barra del bar, los asientos, también hay esculturas de hielo talladas muy hermosas. Recuerdo que en una pantalla estaban poniendo animados de la Era del hielo, muy de moda en esos días.
Pedimos en el bar cocteles y nos sirvieron en vasos de hielo ¡qué delicia! Al terminar de tomar el coctel desechamos los vasos en un cesto hecho de hielo también.
Nos tomamos varias fotos pero ya se pueden imaginar que no estuvimos mucho tiempo, creo que solo 15 minutos y es mucho para mí que soy de un país tropical.
Realmente fue una grata experiencia, nunca había visitado un lugar así y aún no lo he repetido, así que fue única y especial. Esta foto que les muestro la guardo con mucho cariño.

Hello Top Family friends. Today I join you to participate in your Thursday TBT Contest, One of Those Days. I am pleased to share a very nice memory of my visit to Spain, I want to tell you about an unforgettable experience at the Ice Bar in Barcelona, ​​very close to the beach.

10 years ago I met my cousin who lives in Barcelona, ​​we hadn't seen each other for a long time and we were happy to meet. The same day I arrived he took me around Barceloneta beach and told me that he was going to take me to a special place.

Upon arriving at the place I could see that at its entrance there is a digital thermometer that read -10 degrees Celsius, I was curious to know what it was about. Before entering they give us a very thick jacket with a hat and a pair of gloves.
We put on our jacket and gloves, they open the front door and… what a surprise! Everything is made of ice, the bar counter, the seats, there are also very beautiful carved ice sculptures. I remember that on a screen they were showing Ice Age cartoons, very fashionable in those days.
We ordered cocktails at the bar and they served us in ice glasses, what a delight! When we finished drinking the cocktail, we disposed of the glasses in an ice basket as well.
We took several photos but you can imagine that we didn't stay for long, I think it was only 15 minutes and that's a lot for me since I'm from a tropical country.
It really was a pleasant experience, I had never visited a place like this and I still haven't repeated it, so it was unique and special. I keep this photo that I show you with great affection.
