I always observe a lot of things and the aspect of entrepreneurship and people who call their self entrepreneur which they don't know that they are a lot of things attached to it and which you must be able to do to be qualified as an entrepreneur, you don't basically need to be an expert in education line you just need to be very vigilant and intelligent in the line of business which you have chosen to go in so that one wont be ignorant of the little and tiny information which someone needs to know and can later affect any type of business you are into, so why did I decide to talk about this even though I've not literally said the topic which i will be talking about but just because of the recent experience to someone very close to me who is an entrepreneur agricultural aspect to the precise.

The fact that you are an entrepreneur does not make you neglect younger people who are not entrepreneurs but have a knowledge about things that might help in the business line, and that was the mistake which was made later, causing a little loss, but a relief that it was not too much. This post is about an elderly man who is like a father to me, and he was into agriculture and growing cassava, maize, yam, orange and all other sorts of agricultural products, but this person does it alone, clearing, burning, land preparation and another sort of operation that needed to be carried out before the planting.

So towards the ending of last year, he planted cassava on the hectares of land, and those cassavas came out well with a big yield and after seeing the way the cassava came out, he decided to put it out for sale and due to the fact that it did not carry anyone along, and they don't know how he wanted to do it, the man literally does not understand much about how these things works so he called a very low price for him and without hesitating, he agreed to that price, which was way low to the price which a good yielded cassava should have been sold and a matter of fact it was hectares of land again. After hearing that type of situation, he paid half of the money, and the man allowed him to come pack all the cassava without completing the money, which he thought he would get after packing all the cassava. Right from that day he was unable to contact the man again and he could not get the remaining money again.

Now i imagine if someone who is a very educated man was carried along side with the elderly man who owns the farm, either a son or friend, the price of cassava would have been sold at a better price, so as an entrepreneur one must always try to relate with people who can give advice relating to that field of business you are into in order to be very much successful in it and not go through loss.

Siempre observo muchas cosas y el aspecto de la iniciativa empresarial y las personas que llaman a su auto empresario que no saben que hay un montón de cosas que se adjunta a la misma y que debe ser capaz de hacer para ser calificado como empresario, Básicamente no necesitas ser un experto en la línea de la educación, sólo necesitas estar muy atento y ser inteligente en la línea de negocio que has elegido para que uno no sea ignorante de la pequeña y diminuta información que alguien necesita saber y que más tarde puede afectar a cualquier tipo de negocio en el que estés, así que por qué decidí hablar de esto a pesar de que no he dicho literalmente el tema del que voy a hablar, pero sólo por la experiencia reciente de alguien muy cercano a mí que es un empresario agrícola.

El hecho de ser empresario no te hace descuidar a personas más jóvenes que no son empresarios pero tienen un conocimiento sobre cosas que podrían ayudar en la línea de negocio, y ese fue el error que se cometió más tarde, causando un poco de pérdida, pero un alivio que no era demasiado. Este post trata de un anciano que es como un padre para mí, y que se dedicaba a la agricultura y al cultivo de mandioca, maíz, ñame, naranja y todo tipo de productos agrícolas, pero esta persona lo hacía sola, desbrozando, quemando, preparando la tierra y otro tipo de operaciones que había que llevar a cabo antes de la siembra.

Así que hacia finales del año pasado, plantó mandioca en las hectáreas de tierra, y esas mandiocas salieron bien con un gran rendimiento y después de ver la forma en que salió la mandioca, decidió ponerla a la venta y debido a que el hombre, literalmente, no entiende mucho acerca de cómo funcionan estas cosas por lo que llamó a un precio muy bajo para él y sin dudarlo, estuvo de acuerdo con ese precio, que era muy bajo para el precio que un buen rendimiento de la yuca debería haber sido vendido y una cuestión de hecho se trataba de hectáreas de tierra de nuevo. Después de escuchar ese tipo de situación, pagó la mitad del dinero, y el hombre le permitió venir a empaquetar toda la mandioca sin completar el dinero, que pensaba que obtendría después de empaquetar toda la mandioca. A partir de ese día no pudo volver a ponerse en contacto con el hombre y no pudo volver a conseguir el dinero restante.

Ahora bien, imagino que si el anciano propietario de la granja hubiera estado acompañado de alguien muy instruido, ya fuera un hijo o un amigo, el precio de la mandioca se habría vendido a un mejor precio, por lo que, como empresario, uno siempre debe tratar de relacionarse con personas que puedan aconsejarle en el ámbito de su negocio para tener éxito y no sufrir pérdidas.
