There is always a great difference in learning Agriculture no matter how it goes. Learning in form of practical is always the best way out in Agricultural Mindset Lifestyle. I have set up a huge task ahead of me and invariably I also work towards the achieving question which is also a question on discord. How do a farmer know that the plantain is fully matured? This was also part of questions I saw earlier today on discord channel. And in my own good interest I love to explain my answer is wait pictures and in practical form.

Back in the days when we were growing up as a young folks my dad always took us to the farn and Layed a very good example for us which was how to Plant, how to Weed and how to harvest marketing also was included. this was all what my late dad taught us very well. And I would like to answer this question with an illustration which goes this. When my late dad Lead us to the plantain plantation. He always showed us how to plant or transplant the plantain through the sucker seed.

THE PLANTAIN SUCKER SEED.

• This is how the plantain sucker seed looks like and it is very succulent and sometimes thicker at the base.

• This was when the Plantain sucker seed grow up within few weeks of Planting and yes it gradually stepped up into a very big progress.

• Plantain of 6 months old.

When you plant plantain from the seed or you transplant the sucker it will eventually start it on real true Life within few weeks and also six months to 8 months of planting it will grow up to be a very big tree.

HOW DO YOU KNOW A PLANTAIN IS FULLY MATURED ?

I would like to expand this question with some pictures below which showed that this particular plant thing is very mature for harvesting. We have so many ways by which you can sense that this particular plantain is fully matured and definitely will soon get ripe.

• This particular plantain fruit is fully matured and will be harvested as soon as possible. The picture show that it asked him very big plantain fruit which is one of the characteristics to know as a farmer. It also has a dried mouth end.

• The next stage you see that your planting tree has developed a very dry leaves. This is also a positive sign to look for if you want to know that your plantain fruit has reached it full maturity stage.

• This is not a very fully matured plantain fruit. Simply because it does not have any sign of dry mouth end. More also, it possess the wet mouth end.
