Multi Mission Adventure in God Of War.
(Edited)
Hey Fellow Gamers.
After meeting the World Serpent at the Lake of Nine, now I was at the temple on my way to the mountain again. The temple was huge and beautiful too. If it wasn't for all the grass on because of staying underwater for a long time, I'm sure the temple would look much more beautiful than it is now.
- Surprisingly, we met Brok there. I can't believe he was there cause this whole place was underwater before I arrived and just as soon as I got up, he was already there. Something seemed fishy but he helped me before so I trusted him again. There I made some upgrades to my skills and gears.
- While crossing the bridge so that we could get to the mountain, we met some new types of enemies. These monsters were smarter, more skilled in battle, and took more hits to kill them. But, since there were only three of them, it wasn't that tough. Also, Atreus was a big help with his arrow too.
- We also found some more after entering through the gate. And when I got out after killing them, I was on my way again. There were some ancient writings on the wall too. But, sadly Atreus can't read them yet. He needs a transcript to learn first. Guess we will be able to find them in future missions.
- But to get out, I had to face a new type of trap and solve it. As you can see the poison smokes ahead, they can easily kill you. And that glowing thing in the middle is the source of that poison. Players need to throw the Levithan axe on it to freeze it to stop the poison. I guess it's some kind of witchcraft magic.
- And then I fought a crazy crocodile type of monster. It can crawl into the ground and then come back up and hit with a sneak attack. And it was damn annoying to kill. It was nearly impossible to hit it with attacks and that's what made it more annoying.
- Then I found a mysterious chest which was locked using some kind of witchcraft magic. But, luckily Atreus learned a few things from his mother and helped me break the spell. He said something in the ancient language and used his mother's knife to break it. I found a rare item there.
- And then we had to solve a few more puzzles of poison smoke. But the climbing part was great. Both the view and adventure were amazing in this part. I had to climb that wooden ladder and then jump off to catch a part of the cliff and then climb the cliff to get to the other side.
- And right after we climbed up the mountain rocks, we came across the final door. After crossing that gate, we arrived at Foothills. And we met another dwarf there who turned out to be *Brok's& brother. I used the loot I collected from my fights to upgrade my axe too.
- He was kind of angry to see the axe with me but too afraid to do something. He made that for Atreus's mother and thought I killed her to get it. But he decided to help after Atreus explained everything.
- After upgrading my axe, I fought some enemies nearby including that creature that can attack by crawling into the ground. I also solved some puzzles to unlock a special type of chest and found a rate tressure from there.
- I needed to throw my axe to the round plates far ahead to bring the specific signs according to the chest to solve the puzzle.
- After that, we continued our journey towards the mountain and found a lot of those poison gas traps. And at the last one, we found the Revenant that was making those traps and killing her. It was tough to kill her by only throwing my axe from a distance cause she was standing in the middle of that poisonous smoke. But, Atreus's arrows were a huge help there.
- After killing the Revenant, we climbed up another cliff to get to the next location.
- As soon as I got up, I found some big wolves and they were really powerful. After killing them I was thinking, "Man, it was easy for the final battle". I also mistakenly broke one of those red pots which turned out to be explosive and took half my health down.
And just when I approached to open the final gate by removing a huge rock, A huge orge came rushing through and attacked us.
It was so strong that I wasn't able to keep up with it. But with the help of Atreus, I was able to escape from its grasp twice.
And with a final blow in the head, I thought I took it down for good. But the main surprise was yet to come.
- After I thought I killed it, Atreus told me to look back and a lot of monsters were appearing from the ground and this wasn't even all of it. Just as soon as I saw them, I heard a sound and looked back only to find out that the Ogre got itself healed and was preparing to attack me.
- And with all that I was getting attacked from all sides. I was busy fighting the Ogre while taking damage from the other side. Even my shield wasn't working cause I was getting attacked from my backside too.
- It was getting impossible to fight them cause my life was already at 30% and after fighting them my life was at its lowest. I somehow managed to get away from the ogre and killed some normal enemies to get the healing stone and increase my life again
- Then I managed to put some distance between me and the ogre and before it could reach me, I attacked him as many times as possible by throwing my axe as just as he got close to me I used my shockwave ability to drain his life to the bottom.
- And then I was able to knock him down with my final blow. And that move was amazing. I sliced open his mouth using my axe. After killing him I also got some pretty good loots. Fighting him was worth it.
- After killing the Ogre, I entered through the door and finally reached The Base of The Mountain.
