Cones with homemade vanilla cream
Фунийки с домашен крем

Ingredients for the dough:
- 800 g flour
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 10 g baking powder
- vanilla

- 1 ч. чаша захар
- 1/2 ч. чаша олио
- 10 гр. бакпулвер

Ingredients for the cream:
- 1 liter of fresh milk
- 200g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 100g flour
- 125g butter
- vanilla

- 1 литър прясно мляко
- 200гр. захар
- 4 жълтъка
- 100гр. брашно
- 125гр масло
- ванилия
Put 800ml fresh milk on the hob, add the sugar and leave to boil.
Слагаме 800мл. прясно мляко на котлона, добавяме захарта и оставяме да заври.
In the meantime, whisk the eggs and 200ml milk and add the flour.
Whisk until smooth.
През това време разбиваме жълтъците и 200мл мляко и към тях добавяме брашното. Разбиваме до получаване на гладка смес.
When the milk boils, add the egg mixture in a thin stream and stir continuously until the cream thickens.
Когато млякото заври добавяме яйчената смес на тънка струйка и бъркаме непрекъснато докато крема се сгъсти.
Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla. Stir, cover with cling film and leave to cool.
Сваляме от котлона и добавяме маслото и ванилията. Разбъркваме, покриваме с фолио за свежо съхранение и оставяме крема да се охлади.
Time to make the dough
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Add the sifted flour + baking powder and knead into a soft dough.
В купа разбиваме яйцата със захарта, киселото мляко, олиото и ванилията. Към тях добавяме пресятото брашно+бакпулвера и замесваме меко тесто.
Separate the dough into 2 parts and roll out rectangles about 4-5ml thick. Cut into 2cm wide strips.
Разделяме тестото на 2 части и разточваме правоъгълници с дебелина около 4-5мл. Режем ленти широки 2см.
Wrap each strip around metal funnel, overlapping the edges slightly.
Завиваме всяка лента около метална фуния, като застъпваме леко краищата.
Arrange the cones on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees
with fan or 180 degrees without fan.
When the cones are golden in colour, remove and leave to cool.
Подреждаме фунийките върху тава покрита с хартия за печене. Печем 20 минути в загрята на 160 градуса фурна с вентилатор или на 180 градуса без вентилатор.
Когато фунийките придобият златист цвят, ги изваждаме и оставяме да се охладят.
I put the ready cones in plastic tins to make filling them with cream easier. For this purpose I used a poche. I recommend leaving them in the fridge for 24 hours before eating.
Готовите фунийки сложих в пластмасови кутии за да ги напълня с крем по-лесно. За целта използвах пош. Препоръчвам да ги оставите за 24 часа в хладилника, преди консумация.
