This is a report on my activity yesterday.
The truth is that after I joined the Polish competition, I increased my activity. The feeling of competing against someone is very stimulating, and it has been scientifically proven that anticipation stimulates the happiness hormone. So here's a good way to hack our happiness hormones. 😉😉

Today I had so much to do at home, I didn't stop for hours and was constantly moving, but by Murphy's Law I kept forgetting my phone somewhere, so my first opponent has a great chance to beat me. 😉
My best friend has been on vacation for a few days now and that's nice because we can see each other every day and spend more time together.
Now me and my dog are getting ready and going out for an evening walk, so I'm stopping writing and wishing you a wonderful evening.
