My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2022

Hello, Actifitters!

This is the report about my yesterday's activity.

The weekend ended very quickly.
Today was a hot day and very despondent for me. I'm not saying I laid around all day, but I did my chores at a slower pace and without desire. I felt some sadness during the day and since I suffer from emotional hunger, I reached for something sweet-ice cream. 😔

I only took my dog out for a walk once today, but I hope to rectify the mistake tonight and get out for the traditional evening walk with our friends.
Ira is sleeping peacefully now and seems to sense that I'm not in the mood and she's not bothering me.
