My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2022

Hello, Actifitters!

I went out for a walk with my dog this morning, thinking it would be short because I had other obligations. We walked around the area and when I tried to go back home, but Ira just laid on the ground and wouldn't move. When I walked in another direction she would leave, but when I walked to the door of our home she would lay down and not move. 😄😄 It was clear that the walk was not enough for her and that my plans didn't matter for her. It's a good thing she's a small dog, so I picked her up and took her home. At times like this it's okay to be as she wants, but it's important to know who's
the Boss. 🧏‍♀️😉
I washed her paws and she went to bed grumpy.
I went about my chores, then did a short workout and then we went out again.
It's still very hot and I try not to be in the sun too long because it's not safe for both of us. Now we are home and waiting for mom to come home because we prepared a little surprise for her.
Later I will ride the exercise bike again.

I forgot to tell you that my friend from my village sent me peaches from their garden, they are farmers and grow many acres of cherries, peaches, plums and several types of grapes. I love them very much and soon I will go to the village and I'll visit them.
