Historia de Adultos Mayores || Older adult story
Buenas buenas un saludo caluroso para todos mis lectores de la comunidad Hive. Aquí les escribo desde mi hermoso país Venezuela. Hoy les quiero charlar un poquito sobre un tema importante para mi y es sobre el amor que debemos tener a nuestros adultos mayores, quizás a muchos les resulte un tema un poco aburrido, pero estoy segura que muchos se sentirán identificados conmigo. Así mismo y por ese orden de ideas , les comento que el tiempo pasa volando y un día cuando menos nos lo imaginamos ya no somos tan ágiles al caminar, hablar, cocinar, escuchar, hacer manualidades, hacer ejercicios, cocer y es allí cuando empezamos a darnos cuenta que una nueva etapa comienza a florecer en nuestras vidas y esos cambios les aseguro que causan un gran revuelo en nuestras vidas y es que en verdad nadie nos prepara para envejecer.
Good morning, a warm greeting to all my readers in the community Hive. Here I am writing to you from my beautiful country, Venezuela. Today I want to talk a little about an important topic for me and it is about the love that we should have for our older adults, perhaps many will find it a bit boring, but I am sure that many will feel identified with me. Likewise, and in that order of ideas, I would like to tell you that time flies by and one day, when we least expect it, we are no longer so agile when walking, talking, cooking, listening, doing crafts, exercising, cooking, and that is when we started. to realize that a new stage begins to flourish in our lives and I assure you that these changes cause a great stir in our lives and that is that nobody really prepares us to grow old.
Se que muchos pensarán que este tema es muy trivial y al final nadie hace nada por los ancianos, y está bien pensar así, porque ahora quizás goces de mucha vitalidad pero te invito a tomarte un tiempo y preguntarte porque muchos de nuestros abuelos y abuelas están solos por el mundo, porque su familia no los atienden y los cuidan, sera que en su juventud fueron ellos malos padres, quizas no planificaron bien su futuro , quisas contaron con otros y estos no les cumplieron y por malas decisiones pusieron su futuro en otras personas, no somos quien para juzgarlos, pero solo se que ellos merecen una vida digna, una salud óptima, contar con el amor de sus familiares y amigos porque tienen mucho aún que enseñar y que aportar a esta sociedad y yo se que a ellos les encanta compartir con sus hijos, nietos y amigos.
I know that many will think that this issue is very trivial and in the end no one does anything for the elderly, and it is good to think like this, because now perhaps you enjoy a lot of vitality but I invite you to take some time and ask yourself why many of our grandfathers and grandmothers are alone in the world, because their family does not attend to them and take care of them, it will be that in their youth they were bad parents, perhaps they did not plan their future well, perhaps they had others and they did not comply and due to bad decisions they put their future in other people, we are not the one to judge them, but I only know that they deserve a dignified life, optimal health, to have the love of their family and friends because they still have a lot to teach and to contribute to this society and I know that they He loves sharing with his children, grandchildren and friends.
les encanta vivir. Pero existe otra realidad que no debemos olvidar y es que en muchos paises nuestros ancianos son descartados en el área laboral por su edad y comienzan hacer una carga para sus familiares y hasta para los gobiernos en donde viven, algunos terminan sus últimos días solos y con una pensión que apenas les alcanza para comer, otros se encuentran en situación de calle padeciendo frío y hambre , algunos con enfermedades mentales, adicciones, es decir, viviendo en pobreza extrema, y ahora me pregunto quienes somos nosotros para juzgarlos, debemos valorar más a nuestros ancianos, aún pueden aportarnos tantos conocimientos y hay muchos de ellos que son grandes artistas, deportistas, músicos y también buenos padres de familia y merecen ser respetados y no olvidemos que ellos tienen hasta mucha más vitalidad que una persona joven y nos sorprenden con su sabiduría y ganas de querer aprender a un a su edad.

But there is another reality that we should not forget and that is that in many countries our elderly are discarded in the workplace due to their age and begin to burden their families and even the governments where they live, some end their last days alone and with a pension that is barely enough for them to eat, others are on the streets suffering from cold and hunger, some with mental illnesses, addictions, that is, living in extreme poverty, and now I wonder who we are to judge them, we must value more Our elders can still provide us with so much knowledge and there are many of them who are great artists, athletes, musicians and also good parents and deserve to be respected and let's not forget that they even have much more vitality than a young person and they surprise us with their wisdom and desire to want to learn at his age.
Muchos de ellos son grandes maestros y podemos aprender tantas cosas, la responsabilidad de ayudarlos para mi es tanto de la familia como del gobierno y la sociedad, y es por eso que hace falta que las asambleas legislativas creen leyes para ayudarlos y puedan tener una vejez más digna y lograr que todas sus necesidades sean cubiertas.
Many of them are great teachers and we can learn so many things. For me, the responsibility to help them belongs to the family as well as to the government and society, and that is why it is necessary for the legislative assemblies to create laws to help them and they can have an old age. more dignified and ensure that all their needs are covered.
Aquí les dejo esta bella reflexión de hoy, de amar y cuidar de cuidar a nuestros acianos. Que hermoso sería si pudiéramos crear escuelas de labores para las personas de la tercera edad aprendan un arte y donde puedan enseñarnos todos sus conocimientos. Hoy le dedico estas líneas a esos seres que ya dieron tanto por nosotros y ahora merecen amor y calidad de vida, merecen ser respetados por toda la sociedad, y estas líneas se las dedico en especial a mi bisabuela Ana Rosa Mendoza, quien fue hermosa indígena colombiana, a quién no tuve la dicha de conocer, pero a quien amo con todo mi corazón, se que mi fuerza, mi carácter y mi valentía las heredé de ella y le doy las gracias a todos ustedes por leer este artículo y el próximo tema sera aún más interesante y muchas bendiciones para todos y si pueden ayudar a un anciano háganlo y escuchen también con atención sus hermosas historias… Gracias por su atención !!!!
