Recipe of my favorite food! [ESP/ING]

Some time ago I told you that my favorite food is ground beef with spaghetti, I don't know how to explain how happy I am when I cook this dish and although the recipe is quite simple I always thought that as long as someone else made it, it would be better hahahaha, however for some time now I am venturing into the world of cooking and today I share with you my favorite ground beef recipe.
- Ajo
- 1 Cebolla
- ½ Pimentón rojo y ½ pimentón verde
- 2 Tomates
- 1 Berenjena
- ½ Zanahoria y 1 papa (opcional)
- Remolacha (opcional)
- Carne molida
- Garlic
- 1 Onion
- ½Red bell pepper and ½ green bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Eggplant
- ½ carrot and 1 potato (optional)
- Beet (optional)
- Ground beef
- Adobo o sabroseador
- Salsa de curry (El mejor condimento que pueden comprar)
- Oregano
- Sal
- Adobo or marinade
- Curry sauce (The best seasoning you can buy)
- Oregano
- Salt
Paso 1
Soy una persona que cree fielmente que los condimentos en la carne (o el pollo) debe reposar o macerarse un poco para impregnar mas el sabor. Así que nuestro primer paso será agregar salsa de curry y adobo a nuestra carne, mezclarlo todo muy bien hasta que se integre y dejarlo reposar.Step 1
I am a person who faithfully believes that the seasonings in meat (or chicken) should rest or marinate a little to impregnate the flavor more. So our first step will be to add curry sauce and marinade to our meat, mix it all very well until it is integrated and let it rest.Paso 2
Para este paso debemos lavar y cortar nuestros tomates en pedazos grandes y ponerlos a sancochar con orégano y sal hasta que se ablanden un poco. A la vez debemos picar la berenjena a la mitad y colocarla en un sartén hasta que se cocine por completo. Mientras esto se cocina pasamos al paso 3Step 2
For this step we must wash and cut our tomatoes in big pieces and put them to boil with oregano and salt until they soften a little. At the same time we must chop the eggplant in half and place it in a frying pan until it is completely cooked. While this is cooking we move on to step 3 Paso 3
Me gusta comenzar por el ajo, ya que este debo machacarlo para que no queden trozos por ahí. El resto de los vegetales (o aliños) los pico en cuadros pequeños y los vierto en la olla elegida para el guiso, luego agrego un poco de aceite, sal y mezclo para que se integre todo mientras se cocina. Cuando ya comienza la cocción de los vegetales estos disminuirán un poco su tamaño y entonces agrego un poco de salsa de curry para más sazón jajaja.
Step 3
I like to start with the garlic, since I have to crush it so that there are no chunks left around. The rest of the vegetables (or seasonings) I chop them into small squares and pour them into the pot chosen for the stew, then I add a little oil, salt and mix to integrate everything while it is cooking. When the vegetables start cooking they will decrease a little in size and then I add a little curry sauce for more spice hahaha.Mientras los vegetales siguen cocinándose, debemos verificar que nuestros tomates estén así para luego agregarlos a la licuadora y comenzar a licuarlos.
While the vegetables are still cooking, we must verify that our tomatoes are like this and then add them to the blender and start blending them.
Paso 4
Mientras eso sucede tomaremos las berenjenas y extraeremos su pulpa de esta manera para agregarla a los tomates licuados y tener esta salsa que reservaremos. Lo ideal es agregar un poco de sal a la hora de licuar puesto que la berenjena absorbe mucho los sabores.
Step 4
While that happens we will take the eggplants and extract their pulp in this way to add it to the blended tomatoes and have this sauce that we will reserve. The ideal is to add a little salt when blending since the eggplant absorbs a lot of flavors. Paso 5
Cuando ya los vegetales estén bien integrados y en cocción debemos agregar la carne molida mientras mezclamos para evitar que se haga grumos. Mantenemos en fuego medio y al pasar 7-10 minutos agregar la zanahoria y la papa cortada en cubos, este paso es totalmente opcional!Step 5
When the vegetables are well integrated and cooking we must add the ground beef while mixing to avoid lumps. Keep on medium heat and after 7-10 minutes add the carrot and potato cut in cubes, this step is totally optional!Paso 6
Llegados a este punto solo nos faltaría agregar la salsa al guiso.Step 6
At this point we only need to add the sauce to the stew.Paso 7
Si no estamos muy conformes con el color podemos rallar un poco de remolacha encima de la siguiente manera para obtener un tono más rojito.
Step 7
If we are not very satisfied with the color we can grate a little beet on top in the following way to obtain a redder tone.

Para mi una buena carne molida en salsa debe ir acompañada de espagueti así que hice un poco y Frei algunas tajadas para acompañar este rico plato.Step 8
For me a good ground beef in sauce should be accompanied by spaghetti so I made some and Frei some slices to go with this tasty dish. Cooking is a very fun activity that helps us clear our mind while doing something that will make us happy (you know, full belly, happy heart hahaha), in my case I hope to continue sharing with you more delicious recipes to gladden our heart.
