Growing up is realizing that bad days are more frequent than we think and although we don't want to admit it, these days leave us with 0 energy and moods, so today I bring for you some tips that help me a lot in my bad days.
Take a shower and put on comfortable clothes
Si, sé que suena como una de las cosas más simples de el globo terráqueo, pero luego de mal día una de las cosas que son más fabulosas del mundo mundial es llegar a casa (comer algo) y darte una ducha para ponerte tu ropita cómoda, quizás la mayoría ya conocen este tip pero si tú no eres de esos, te garantizo un sentimiento de paz absoluto.
Yes, I know it sounds like one of the simplest things on the globe, but after a bad day one of the most fabulous things in the world is to get home (eat something) and take a shower to put on your comfy clothes, maybe most of you already know this tip but if you are not one of those, I guarantee you a feeling of absolute peace.
Talk to a loved one
Tener una persona de confianza con quién puedas comentarle a lujo de detalles lo pésimo que fue tu día, sin necesidad de algún filtro te ayudará muchísimo porque sirve para drenar todos tus sentimientos y sin dudas, te aliviará mucho!
Having a trusted person with whom you can tell in detail how bad your day was, without the need of a filter, will help you a lot because it serves to drain all your feelings and will undoubtedly relieve you a lot!
Listen to music and dance
Este punto es bastante personal porque yo soy una persona sumamente musical, aunque no soy de bailar mucho me relaja un montón escuchar musiquita para aliviar mis sentimientos y relajarme más aun.
This point is quite personal because I am a very musical person, even though I am not a dancer, it relaxes me a lot to listen to music to relieve my feelings and relax even more.
Watch a movie
Este punto puede reemplazar al anterior y muchas veces lo he hecho así, porque ver una película es algo que me hace disfrutar mucho o desestresarme, porque sea el género que sea siempre me despeja muchísimo una buena película.
This point can replace the previous one and many times I have done so, because watching a movie is something that makes me enjoy a lot or de-stress, because whatever the genre is, a good movie always clears my mind a lot.
Allow yourself to disconnect from everything and rest
Este es un punto clave en todo, como dije al comienzo estos días nos restan mucha energía por lo tanto descansar es fundamental para ti, porque necesitas recuperar toda esa energía de manera sana y eso lo harás: descansando de verdad. Descansando sin estar pendiente del día siguiente para poder sentirnos mejor.
This is a key point in everything, as I said at the beginning these days we subtract a lot of energy so rest is essential for you, because you need to recover all that energy in a healthy way and that you will do: really resting. Resting without being aware of the next day in order to feel better.
I usually do something different so I don't always do the same thing, it could be going for a walk or drawing a little to relieve myself, but it's really up to you! I hope my tips are helpful to you and do you as much good as they do me!
