Fried Fish, Rice and Shredded Salad/Pescado frito, Arroz y Ensalada Rallada

En nuestra ciudad es muy común disfrutar de las bondades del mar, siendo el pescado uno de los alimentos más accesibles en cuanto a costos, ya que somos una región pesquera por excelencia.
Hoy he preparado un rico Coroco Fresco para disfrutar en el almuerzo con mi familia. Lo he acompañado con arroz amarillo y ensalada rallada de repollo y zanahoria, una comida muy rápida, rica y económica.
In our city it is very common to enjoy the goodness of the sea, being fish one of the most accessible foods in terms of cost, since we are a fishing region par excellence.
Today I have prepared a delicious Coroco Fresco to enjoy at lunch with my family. I have accompanied it with yellow rice and shredded cabbage and carrot salad, a very quick, tasty and economical meal.
INGREDIENTES
Ingredients
- Pescado Fresco (Corocoro).
- 1/2 Pepino.
- 1/2 Zanahoria.
- 1/4 de Repollo.
- Sal y Mayonesa.
- Fresh Fish (Corocoro).
- 1/2 Cucumber.
- 1/2 Carrot.
- 1/4 Cabbage.
- Salt and Mayonnaise.
Preparación/Preparation
Luego de limpiar los pescados, le agregamos sal y llevamos a freír con suficiente aceite vegetal hasta que doren y cocinen por ambos lados.
After cleaning the fish, add salt and fry with enough vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked on both sides.
Sumergimos el repollo, la zanahoria y el pepino en agua con vinagre para eliminar impurezas.
Submerge the cabbage, carrot and cucumber in water with vinegar to remove impurities.
Luego de unos 5 minutos sacamos del agua con vinagre los vegetales y los rallamos y cortamos para luego integrar todos en un bol, la zanahoria, el pepino y el repollo, agregamos un poco de sal y una cucharada de mayonesa, removemos bien.
After about 5 minutes remove the vegetables from the vinegar water and grate and cut them and then integrate them all in a bowl, carrot, cucumber and cabbage, add a little salt and a spoonful of mayonnaise, stir well.
Preparamos el arroz, colocando 4 tacitas de arroz a la que le agregamos 8 de agua y un poco color natural, dejamos cocinar hasta que seque el agua y el arroz este en su punto.
We prepare the rice, placing 4 cups of rice to which we add 8 cups of water and a little natural color, let it cook until the water dries and the rice is ready.
Servimos y disfrutamos de un almuerzo familiar con mucho sabor oriental.
Serve and enjoy a family lunch with a lot of oriental flavor.
