Yesterday crows today jackdaws. I think they have some fixed changes 😁

Another rather gloomy and cold day, but in good bird company the mood improves. Yesterday I was visited by a mass of Hooded Crows, and today by Jackdaws. I laughed because it looked like a second shift.

Kolejny dość ponury i do tego chłodny dzień, ale w dobrym ptasim towarzystwie humor się poprawia. Wczoraj odwiedziły mnie masowo Wrony siwe, dzisiaj natomiast kawki. Uśmiałem się, bo wyglądało to jak druga zmiana.

And in the park, despite the lack of sun, there is still no shortage of colors. The leaves look beautiful, unraked from the lawn. For me, they could stay there.

A w parku, mimo iż brak słońca to kolorów jeszcze nie brakuje. Pięknie wyglądają niezgrabione z trawnika liście. Dla mnie mogłyby tam pozostać.

In addition to the colors that are still appearing, there is a wonderful autumnal smell. Rotting leaves give off a specific smell characteristic of November. There is no mistaking that it is autumn after all.

Poza kolorami, które jeszcze się pojawiają, dochodzi cudowny jesienny zapach. Butwiejące liście wydzielają specyficzną woń charakterystyczna dla listopada. Nie sposób się pomylić, że to jednak jesień.

Work on the regatta canal in the park is well advanced, except that it was supposed to be put into service in November 2023. Well, it's good that something is happening there. Now, just vegetation, trees and paths around and it will be beautiful.

Prace przy kanale regatowym w parku mocno zaawansowane, tyle tylko, że miał od zostać oddany do użytku w listopadzie 2023 roku. No ale dobrze że coś się tam dzieje. Teraz jeszcze roślinność, drzewa i ścieżki wokół i będzie pięknie.

I wonder who will arrive tomorrow? 😉
