The Weekend Freewrite is a bit different from the Daily Single Prompt. It gives you a chance to catch up.

If you wrote every day, good on you! Now try a different take on a prompt or try to bring all of them into one freewrite. Play and have fun!

Or you can use one of the Three Prompts from the other weekend freewrite and use that as your prompt.

If all fails, go back to the latest pre-1000 day Weekend prompt and find something to your liking.
Here is the last of the way too many prompts post.

Prompts

Sunday bliss
access
grey morning
candidate
heavy
alarm bells

You know what to do.

  1. Pick a prompt
  2. Set a timer to 5 minutes or use the Most Dangerous Writing App
  3. Write without stopping.
  4. Fix what you feel like fixing
  5. Publish your freewrite
  6. Leave a link in the comments of this post.

There is only one important rule!

So, I'm new to this community, but I saw your post and was inspired to write about the prompt grey morning..I must warn you the content in my article is emotionally triggering, and I apologize for that. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy (to an extent) my entry for this weekend. Thanks for reading.

Welcome to the freewriters. Lots of stuff can come up while allowing ourselves to just write without censoring while writing. All is good.

Thank you so much for that, I needed to hear that this morning. It was very mentally and emotionally healing for me to write through that, as hard as it was. I know it's going to take time to fully heal, but just being able to write the thought and feelings down is powerful to that process! Thank you for reading, and I hope I can bring more content to the table!
