Which travel destination has impacted you the most and why?
El viaje que me ha marcado hasta ahora ha sido el que hice con mi tÃa a Puerto Ayacucho, estado Amazonas, tenÃa 6 o 7 años. Estuvimos en esa ciudad por una semana aproximadamente, poco tiempo, pero fueron dÃas muy lindos.
The trip that has marked me so far has been the one I took with my aunt to Puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas state, I was 6 or 7 years old. We were in that city for about a week, a short time, but they were very nice days.
Lo bonito de ese viaje fue que estaba con ella, ya que lamentablemente hace 9 años falleció. Otra de las cosas que hacen que este viaje sea agradable al recordarlo es que vi lugares hermosos que me encantaron los cuales se quedaron grabados en mi memoria.
The nice thing about that trip was that I was with her, because unfortunately she passed away 9 years ago. Another of the things that make this trip pleasant to remember is that I saw beautiful places that I loved which remained engraved in my memory.

Esta es una situación difÃcil, dependiendo de cada persona. Por cierto, estas semanas he estado pensando mucho en ese tema, soy una chica que ha trabajado los últimos tres años en amor propio y en ponerse como prioridad siempre.
This is a difficult situation, depending on each person. By the way, these weeks I've been thinking a lot about that topic, I'm a girl who has worked the last three years on self-love and putting myself as a priority always.
Asà que, para mà ha sido complicado conseguir el equilibrio en dar a los demás pero tampoco descuidarme a mÃ, ya que también me gusta bastante ayudar a los que me necesitan, pero algo que me ha funcionado es no estresarme por no poder hacerlo, ya que muchas veces me pedÃan un favor, yo no podÃa hacerlo, pero buscaba las mil maneras de poder lograrlo. Ahora no, lo que hago es decir que no podré y ya.
So, for me it has been complicated to achieve a balance in giving to others but also not neglecting myself, since I also like to help those who need me, but something that has worked for me is not to stress about not being able to do it, since many times I was asked for a favor, I could not do it, but I looked for the thousand ways to be able to do it. Now I don't, what I do is just say I can't do it and that's it.
Por la única persona que te debes estresar eres tú y buscar las maneras de lograr lo que quieras, aunque suene egoÃsta o egocéntrico.

Porque claro que podemos ayudar y servir a los demás, pero no nos permitimos descuidarnos.
