¡Holaaa chicoss, espero que estén pasando un lindo jueves!!✨ Desde que vi el post de esta iniciativa dije que quería participar, pues sigo a @mayvileros en Twitter y leí el tweet donde anunciaban que tendrían una iniciativa disponible esta semana, es una comunidad que me gusta mucho porque apoyan diariamente contenido de calidad, quise participar porque me parecieron interesantes sus preguntas. A pesar de que yo tengo dos años en Hive, no soy la más experta, todavía me falta mucho por aprender, así que las respuestas serán de acuerdo a lo que sé.
Hiii guyss, I hope you are having a nice Thursday!!✨ Since I saw the post of this initiative I said I wanted to participate, since I follow @mayvileros on Twitter and I read the tweet where they announced that they would have an initiative available this week, it is a community that I really like because they support quality content daily, I wanted to participate because I found their questions interesting. Although I have two years in Hive, I'm not the most expert, I still have a lot to learn, so the answers will be according to what I know.

De acuerdo a mis conocimientos, las ballenas son las que más poder de voto tienen en la plataforma y por ello son una parte importante dentro de esta, ya que son las que pueden tomar decisiones con respecto a ella. Estas apoyan a los usuarios del ecosistema con su voto, gracias a eso, nosotros los creadores de contenido nos esforzamos para crear posts de calidad.
According to my knowledge, whales have the most voting power on the platform and therefore are an important part of it, as they are the ones who can make decisions regarding it. They support the users of the ecosystem with their vote, thanks to that, we content creators strive to create quality posts.

Hay varias ballenas en este ecosistema, no las conozco a todas, todas tienen un tipo de contenido al que dan su apoyo, cada una es diferente y eso es lo que las hace importantes para cada comunidad. Todas hacen un trabajo excelente para poder seguir sacando adelante a Hive. Pero si tengo que mencionar a una sería a Appreciator, esta apoya a diferentes usuarios y muchos contenidos realmente buenos, es muy especial para mí, le agradezco por todo el apoyo que me ha brindado. Y también tengo que mencionar a Ocdb quien selecciona posts geniales. A estas y a las demás quiero felicitar por el trabajo que realizan.❤️
There are several whales in this ecosystem, I don't know them all, they all have a type of content they support, each one is different and that's what makes them important to each community. They all do an excellent job to keep Hive moving forward. But if I have to mention one it would be Appreciator, it supports different users and a lot of really good content, it is very special for me, I thank it for all the support it has given me. And I also have to mention Ocdb who selects great posts. To these and the others I want to congratulate for the work they do.❤️

Yo seguiría apoyando los contenidos de calidad, en Hive hay muchos de estos. También apoyaría toda decisión que sea para el bien de la plataforma, estamos progresando y eso es genial. Daría mi voto tanto a los antiguos usuarios como a los que se van integrando.
I would continue to support quality content, on Hive there is a lot of it. I would also support any decision that is for the good of the platform, we are making progress and that's great. I would give my vote to both old users and those who are integrating.

Estoy de acuerdo en lo que dices amiga, es verdad que hay mucho contenido de calidad y que quizá no son muy tomados en cuenta por ser nuevos, pero también entiendo que es un poco para que sean constantes y muestren interés.
