Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa torta de galletas cubierta de chocolate buena para ser compartida en reuniones, festejos y para una deliciosa merienda. La torta de chocolate siempre es la favorita de los más pequeños de la casa.

Today I want to share with you a delicious chocolate covered cookie cake good to be shared at gatherings, parties and for a delicious snack. Chocolate cake is always a favorite of the little ones in the house.

• 4 Taza de Harina Leudante.
• 1 Cucharadita de Bicarbonato.
• Polvo de Hornear.
• 250gr. de Mantequilla.
• 1 Taza de Leche.
• 2 Cucharadita de Vainilla.
• 5 Unidades de Huevo.
• 2 Taza de Azúcar.

INGREDIENTS

• 4 Cup Leavening Flour.
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
• Baking powder.
• 250gr. of butter.
• 1 cup milk.
• 2 teaspoon vanilla.
• 5 Eggs.
• 2 Cups of sugar.

Tomo un tazón y le agrego la mantequilla, el azúcar y los huevos bato muy bien hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.

I take a bowl and add the butter, sugar and eggs and beat very well until all the ingredients are integrated.

Luego le agrego el harina ya cernida y la leche para humedecer un poco la mezcla y continuo batiendo.

Ya teniendo la mezcla casi lista le agrego las galletas picadas en trozos pequeños y sigo batiendo.

Una vez ya lista nuestra mezcla procedo a agregarla en una tortera ya enharinada y teniendo el horno pre-calentado a una temperatura de 180º.

Precedo a llevar la torta al horno por un tiempo de 45 minutos.

Mientras se cocina la torta preparo el glaseado para cubrirla 60gr de maizena la disuelvo en 1 taza de leche y la llevo a la cocina le agrego el chocolate y mezclo muy bien le continuo agregando una cucharada de vainilla y una de mantequilla y es necesario se le agrega un poco de azúcar y continuo mezclando hasta que agarra la consistencia espesa.

Ya lista nuestra torta la retiro del horno y dejo reposar a temperatura ambiente. Para luego cubrir la torta yo le coloque unas galletas para darle un poco mas de vista.

Once our cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it rest at room temperature. To cover the cake I put some cookies to give it a little more of a look.
