Hoy les traigo unas sardinitas crujientes, muy deliciosas tanto para en un desayuno, una cena o un buen almuerzo, son muy fácil y super económica de preparar, usted la puede acompañar con el contorno de su preferencia, yo las quise acompañar de unas arepas fritas, ensalada y aguacates.
Today I bring you some crispy sardines, very delicious for breakfast, dinner or a good lunch, they are very easy and super economical to prepare, you can accompany it with the contour of your choice, I wanted to accompany them with some fried arepas, salad and avocados.

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 Kilo de Sardinita.
  • 1/2 Harina.
  • 1/2 Repollo.
  • 1 Tomate.
  • 1 Cebolla.
  • 2 Ajíes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cabbage.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1 Onion.
  • 2 Peppers.

PREPARACIÓN

Lo primero que hacemos es limpiar muy bien el pescado y le abrimos unas ranuras para condimentar yo les agregue sal al gusto, medio limón y una pizca de orégano y reserve, Luego empece a picar la ensalada, pique el repollo y lo coloque en un recipiente con agua y vinagre lo deje allí por unos 5 minutos mientras continuaba picando el tomate, la cebolla y los ajíes; teniendo todo picado comienzo a preparar las arepas ya teniendo la masa lista agarre unas bolitas medianas y las fui aplastando para darles la forma redonda y coloque una sarten al fuego ya bien caliente las fui fritando ya listas las arepas en el mismos sarten les añadí las sardinitas esperamos 3 minutos y le dimos la vuelta y continuo el proceso con las demás, mientras se sofríen las sardinas voy condimentando la ensalada le agrego una pizca de sal, una pizca de orégano, un poco de vinagre y un poco aceite y revuelvo. Teniendo todo listo procedo a servir nuestro plato.

PREPARATION

The first thing we do is clean the fish very well and we open some grooves for seasoning I added salt to taste, half a lemon and a pinch of oregano and reserve, then start chopping the salad, chop the cabbage and place it in a bowl with water and vinegar and leave it there for about 5 minutes while continuing to chop the tomato, onion and peppers; having everything chopped I begin to prepare the arepas and having the dough ready I grabbed some medium balls and I was crushing them to give them the round shape and I placed a pan on the fire and very hot I was frying them and ready the arepas in the same pan I added the sardines and we waited 3 minutes and we turned them over and continued the process with the others, While the sardines are frying I season the salad I add a pinch of salt, a pinch of oregano, a little vinegar and a little oil and stir. Having everything ready I proceed to serve our dish.
