Muy buenas noches mi gente bella de #FoodiesBeeHive, espero que hayan tenido un sábado super especial al lado de sus seres queridos, hoy quise consentir a mi familia que vinieron a visitarme y los recibí con unas deliciosas arepas rellenas.

La Arepa Dominó es sencilla pero deliciosa. Su relleno es a base de caraotas negras (frijoles) y queso llanero o queso blanco duro. No hay nada mas delicioso para un rico desayuno o una esplendida cena.
Arepa Dominó is simple but delicious. Its filling is based on black beans and llanero cheese or hard white cheese. There is nothing more delicious for a delicious breakfast or a splendid dinner.
Harina de Maíz.
Queso Duro Rallado.
Caraotas Negras Guisadas.
Mantequilla.

En un recipiente agregamos el harina y le coloco un poco de sal y un punto de azúcar, le vamos agregando el agua gradualmente amasando de forma continua hasta obtener una mezcla totalmente homogénea, lista nuestra masa tomamos un aproximado de 50gr entre nuestras manos y poco a poco le damos forma circular dejandole un grosor al gusto . ya con nuestro aceite bien caliente la dejamos freír por 2 minutos por cada lado aproximadamente teniendo nuestras arepas listas continuamos con el relleno; Abrimos nuestras arepas por el medio y le colocamos un poco de mantequilla, seguidamente le agregamos 3 cucharadas de caraotas previamente guisadas y agregamos queso al gusto.
