Hoy quise compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa receta un espagueti con pechuga de pollo rica en proteínas, y lo acompañe con unos plátanos fritos, este pollo usted lo puede acompañar con el contorno de su preferencia.

1 Kilo de Espagueti.
1 Kilo de Pechuga.
1 Pimentón Mediano.
1 Cebolla Mediana.
4 Ajíes.
Unas Ramas de Perejil.
1 Cabeza de Ajo.
1 Caldo de Pollo.
1 Plátano.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Kilo of Spaghetti.
- 1 Kilo of Breast.
- 1 Medium Paprika.
- 1 medium onion.
- 4 Peppers.
- A few sprigs of parsley.
- 1 Head of Garlic.
- 1 Chicken Broth.
- 1 Plantain.
Lavamos muy bien los aliños y procedemos a picarlos finamente y calentamos un cardero y le colocamos onoto luego le agrego el ajo me encanta el aroma del ajo frito y lo revuelvo, seguimos colocándole el aliño ya troceado mientras el aliño se fríe voy picando las pechugas en tiras ya estando bien sofrito el aliño procedo a agregar el pollo lo revuelvo para que se concentren los sabores y le agrego el caldo de pollo y continuo revolviendo ya pasado unos 5 minutos le agrego una taza de agua para que el pollo se cocine, yo lo deje aproximadamente 25 minutos luego lo baje del fuego, mientras coloco para preparar el espagueti en un caldero de coloco agua y un poco de sal y lo llevo al fuego hasta que hierva y le agrego el espagueti cocino por 10 minutos y voy calentando el sarten para freír los plátanos la mayoría de nosotros los Venezolanos nos encanta el contraste de sabores entre dulce y salado, el plátano casi nunca nos falta en nuestras mesas.

We wash the seasoning very well and proceed to chop them finely and heat a cardero and place onoto then add the garlic I love the aroma of fried garlic and stir, We continue placing the seasoning and chopped while the dressing is frying I chop the chicken breasts into strips and being well fried the dressing I proceed to add the chicken I stir it to concentrate the flavors and add the chicken broth and continue stirring and after about 5 minutes I add a cup of water so that the chicken is cooked, I leave it for about 25 minutes then I take it off the heat, while I put the spaghetti in a pot I put water and a little salt and I take it to the fire until it boils and I add the spaghetti I cook it for 10 minutes and I heat the pan to fry the plantains most of us Venezuelans love the contrast of flavors between sweet and salty, the plantain is almost never missing in our tables.
Ya con todos mis ingredientes listos procedo a servir mi rica comida para ser degustada y disfrutada.
