MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 1 taza de harina de trigo/ 1 cup wheat flour
• 1 huevo/ 1 egg
• 2 cdas de avena/ 2 tablespoons oatmeal
• 1 cda de aceite/ 1 tablespoon oil
• Queso mozzarella/ Mozzarella cheese
• Salsa de tomate/ Tomato sauce
• Orégano
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, en un bowl haremos la masa teniendo la taza de harina de trigo le iremos colocando un toque de sal y avena al gusto.

To begin with, in a bowl we will make the dough, taking the cup of wheat flour and adding a touch of salt and oatmeal to taste.

Seguimos con 3 cdas de mantequilla (o sustituir por 1 cda de aceite) y huevo.
Amasaremos bien hasta obtener una masa.

Follow with 3 tablespoons of butter (or replace with 1 tablespoon of oil) and egg.
Knead well until a dough is formed.

Teniendo la masa, la dejamos reposar unos 20-25 minutos tapada.
Luego teniéndola lista amasaremos bien en un rodillo en una bandeja de preferencia cubierta de mantequilla para que no se pegue la pizza al sacarla.

Once the dough is ready, let it rest covered for 20-25 minutes.
Then we knead it well with a rolling pin on a tray preferably covered with butter so that the pizza does not stick when we take it out.

Rellenaremos la pizza comenzando cubriéndola con salsa de tomate de su preferencia.
Seguimos con trozos de queso mozzarella.

We will fill the pizza starting by covering it with tomato sauce of your choice.
Follow with pieces of mozzarella cheese.

Para terminar, culminamos agregándole por encima orégano en polvo al gusto.

Metemos al horno de 180° por unos 20-25 minutos aproximadamente. A disfrutar¡

To finish, add oregano powder to taste on top.
