Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este post post iniciando la semana les enseñare una de mis recetas favoritas que trata de unos panecillos de mermelada de fresa que quedan super deliciosos para una merienda.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

  • 2 tazas de harina de trigo/ 2 cups wheat flour
  • Fresas/ Strawberries
  • 1 huevo/ 1 egg
  • 1 taza de azúcar/ 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cda de mantequilla/ 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 taza de leche liquida/ 1 cup of liquid milk

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar haremos la masa en un bowl iremos integrando a la harina de trigo una cda de azúcar y mantequilla hasta que se disuelva todo junto.

To begin with, we will make the dough in a bowl by adding a tablespoon of sugar and butter to the wheat flour until everything is dissolved together.

Luego le colocaremos el huevo.

Para terminar la masa le agregaremos la leche liquida mientras vamos amasando hasta ir formando una masa.
Dejamos reposar en la nevera por unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.

To finish the dough we will add the liquid milk while we are kneading until we form a dough.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.

Listo amasaremos con un rodillo la masa y encima le colocaremos mermelada de fresa.
(La mermelada de fresa la realice cocinando jugo de fresa con una taza de azúcar hasta que se note que este espesa, pueden meterla a la nevera si quieren para que agarre mas contextura).

Then knead the dough with a rolling pin and top it with strawberry jam.
(I made the strawberry jam by cooking strawberry juice with a cup of sugar until you notice that it is thick, you can put it in the fridge if you want to get more texture).

Enrollamos de un extremo a otro tal como vemos en la foto hasta cortar en porciones con un cuchillo.

Para terminar, cada porción de panecillo en una bandeja de preferencia cubierta de mantequilla y harina de trigo para que no se peguen al sacarlos.
Metemos al horno de 180° por unos 30-35 minutos y están listos, a comer¡¡

To finish, each portion of muffin in a tray preferably covered with butter and wheat flour so that they do not stick when you take them out.
Bake them in a 180° oven for 30-35 minutes and they are ready to eat!
