Sábado 25 de febrero de 2023, 5:00 de la tarde; al salir de la Parroquia Asunción de María, perteneciente a la Diócesis de Guarenas, ubicada en la Villa Panamericana, Guarenas, Municipio Plaza, Estado Miranda, República Bolivariana de Venezuela, encontré a la gata que muestro en las fotografías que acompañan está publicación.

      Me llamó la atención el color de su pelaje, sus bellos ojos, su mirada felina que indica que está alerta ante un posible peligro; además observé, una rara conducta: aparente mansedumbre y salvajismo al mismo tiempo.

Saturday, February 25, 2023, 5:00 in the afternoon; while leaving the Parish of the Assumption of Mary, belonging to the Diocese of Guarenas, located in Villa Panamericana, Guarenas, Municipality Plaza, Miranda State, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, I found the cat I show in the photographs that accompany this publication.

      I was struck by the color of its fur, its beautiful eyes, its feline look that indicates that it is alert to possible danger; I also observed a rare behavior: apparent gentleness and savagery at the same time.

Mientras la observaba, me fuí acercando lentamente, activé la cámara de mi teléfono celular y pude fotografiarla; en ese preciso momento se me acercó un vecino y me dijo que no me confiara porque podía atacarme.

      Según el vecino, rescatista y amante de los gatos callejeros, la tierna gatita de la fotografía pudo haber tenido una experiencia traumática, siendo que es ella la que se acerca a las personas pero no permite que se le acerquen. Cuando alguien trata de acariciarla lo ataca y huye.

While I was watching it, I slowly approached it, activated the camera on my cell phone and was able to take a picture of it; at that precise moment a neighbor approached me and told me not to trust it because it could attack me.

      According to the neighbor, rescuer and stray cat lover, the tender kitten in the photograph may have had a traumatic experience, since she is the one who approaches people but does not allow them to approach her. When someone tries to pet her, she attacks and runs away.

      La esposa del vecino ha intentado ganarse la confianza de la linda gatita, pero todo su esfuerzo ha sido infructuoso. Nadie ha podido rescatarla, ella tiene liberado un territorio donde no acepta intrusos, vive en la calle justo al frente de la Iglesia. Dios quiera que puedan domesticarla y así darle un hogar donde esté protegida de los riesgos de la intemperie.

      The neighbor's wife has tried to gain the trust of the pretty kitten, but all her efforts have been unsuccessful. No one has been able to rescue her, she has a territory where she does not accept intruders, she lives in the street just in front of the church. God willing they can tame her and give her a home where she will be protected from the risks of the outdoors.

It'll take a while for the cat to trust human. If you really want to rescue it, I think that give it sometime.

I love cats and these clicks on this cuteness are perfect. I hope that one day I can adopt one because in the rush I live I don't know if I could take good care of him.
