Es mรกs, creo que aun a pesar de tener ya mรกs de 8 meses en la plataforma no me he recuperado del todo. Aun me cuesta algo asimilar que Hive es una red social. Nunca he sido tan dada a ellas. Muchas veces, por ejemplo en Facebook e Instagram solo veo videos de cosas que me gustan, pero no interactรบo mucho con las personas.
Quienes me conocen, saben que soy muy mala para estar en contacto, incluso los mensajes y llamadas me cuestan un poco. Aunque no sรฉ porquรฉ serรก eso asรญ. Asรญ que tener que interactuar de forma constante no es mi fuerte y eso me ha costado un poco. Ademรกs la diferencia de idiomas me lo ha hecho un poco mรกs difรญcil. Pero una vez que digerรญ que en Hive esto es indispensable, comencรฉ a tener un poco mรกs de progreso.

Realmente Hive me encanta, pero tambiรฉn es un reto para mรญ, me hace subir la adrenalina, y a veces me hace sudar frรญo, pero aquรญ voy. Es un reto para mรญ, porque me gusta hacer las cosas bien, y me esmero en mis publicaciones. Pero soy un poco desordenada y me pierdo entre tantas comunidades que me gustan eso me ha complicado tambiรฉn mi camino en Hive.
Ademรกs, Hive no solo es una red social sino una Blockchain ๐คข, lo cual me ha complicado aรบn mรกs las cosas jajajaja. Pero sรฉ, que todo comienzo es difรญcil. Asรญ que veo a Hive como un gran monstruo, pero no de forma negativa, sino mรกs bien como "Mi amigo el Gigante", sรฉ que algรบn dรญa haremos las pases.
When it was my turn to do my first Newbies Initiative assignment post I was surprised because evidently I had made remarkable progress since I was accepted into this initiative. But sadly but personal situations that have made it more difficult for me to be online that progress went downhill. But here I go, since a few days ago I was able to get a new strategy and I have realized that I started to improve. I hope I can keep it up.

Desde hace varios aรฑos he trabajado creando artรญculos para pรกginas web, sobre temas especรญficos. En ese caso, la creaciรณn de contenido original no es tan sencillo, porque te dan el tema y muchas veces otros han escrito mucho sobre ello. Sin embargo tampoco es imposible ni difรญcil en extremo. Hay temas que son mรกs complicados que otros.
Pero en Hive, tรบ puedes escribir sobre cualquier cosa que te interese. Bueno, pensรกndolo bien, eso sรญ me complica las cosas a mรญ, porque me interesan un sinfรญn de cosas jajaja. Pero veo personas que se mueven de forma tan natural en Hive, quizรกs porque conocen el arte del dominio de las redes sociales y fรกcilmente cuentan su dรญa a dรญa. But in Hive, you can write about anything that interests you. Well, come to think of it, that does complicate things for me, because I'm interested in a lot of things hahaha. Con respecto a la peticiรณn de votos, no lo veรญa mal al principio, pero luego lo entendรญ y ademรกs, los votos fuertes se consiguen de otra manera. Lo importante es hacerse una buena reputaciรณn y lo demรกs vendrรก pronto. Pero aun veo a personas que finalizan sus post de esa manera. Aunque la verdad es que no son la gran mayorรญa. Pero desde el principio, en algunos canales de Discord, leรญ al respecto y por eso desde muy temprano entendรญ que era una prรกctica mal vista en Hive.

A veces creo que algunos Hivers son flojos, aunque les va muy bien y creo que por eso no se esmeran en mejorar la apariencia de sus post. Pero creo que la parte visual es importante y me encanta que puedan enseรฑarnos a realizar posts cada vez mejores.
Por ejemplo, no sabรญa que los generadores de texto se podรญan utilizar aquรญ. Porque he intentado utilizar algรบn cรณdigo HTML para mejorar mis post, pero no me han funcionado todos. En algรบn lado leรญ que no todas las opciones estรกn permitidas. Me imagino que es quizรกs para poder mantener un formato similar, no lo sรฉ. O quizรกs, para que los mรกs expertos no opaquen a otros jajaja.
Cuando comencรฉ en Hive una amiga que estaba reciente, pero que recibรญa la asesorรญa de su cuรฑado que tenรญa tiempo en Hive me comento lo de Hiveblocks.com, para ver el cรณdigo de los posts que me gustaran y tambiรฉn me facilitรณ un documento de Word que contenรญa los cรณdigos de markdown que enseรฑan en el video ๐.

For example, I didn't know that text generators could be used here. Because I have tried to use some HTML code to improve my posts, but not all of them worked for me. Somewhere I read that not all options are allowed. I imagine it's maybe to be able to keep a similar format, I don't know. Or maybe, so that the more experienced ones don't overshadow others hahaha.
When I started in Hive a friend who was recent, but was receiving advice from her brother in law who had time in Hive told me about Hiveblocks.com, to see the code of the posts that I liked and also provided me with a Word document containing the markdown codes that they teach in the video ๐.

I've also been on hive for 8months or more and I must say I didn't find it easy too. I didn't know there was a newbie initiative that could guide you every step on the way on hive. I had a lot of challenges even if I had a mentor. It got difficult especially because I wasn't getting any votes, so I stopped posting for a while. I left hive to go find greener pastures but the paths kept leading me back. So I finally came back and I'm willing to do everything possible to be better and grow.
Exactly, I have interest in a lot of things and it's hard to focus sometimes, one time I'm here and next thing I'm there, lol, it really doesn't help the growth. But then one needs to find a specific Community and build the relationship there, goes a long way.
Vote begging isn't ideal and should sure be frowned on, some people like the easy way out and that's wrong. Be consistent and post quality contents you'll be found out very soon and your hard work would pay off.
Plagiarism is the worst of them all, I see it as stealing, you're amazing and creative enough to create your content. It all just starts slowly, you'll get there soon enough, people need to understand this.
