Un rico quesillo✨🍮//A delicious quesillo✨🍮 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos espero y tengan un excelente día. Hoy quiero contarles que en la tarde de hoy he complacido a mi familia con un rico quesillo.😍

Y quiero compartir con ustedes como fue la elaboración. Existen diferentes maneras de hacerlo, yo lo preparé con los siguientes ingredientes:

• 250 gramos de leche en polvo
• 5 huevos
• 300 gramos de azúcar
• vainilla
• licor

And I want to share with you how it was prepared. There are different ways to make it, I prepared it with the following ingredients:

• 250 grams of powdered milk
• 5 eggs
• 300 grams of sugar
• vanilla
• liqueur

Está elaboración es muy fácil y económica.

Este tipo de postre es muy divino con un sabor espectacular.

En una olla empecé a caramelizar el azúcar a fuego muy bajito para que no se queme, luego le agregué un chorrito de agua y a los pocos segundos ya el almíbar estaba listo. Lo agregué en el molde poco a poco.

In a saucepan I started to caramelize the sugar over very low heat so it would not burn, then I added a splash of water and after a few seconds the syrup was ready. I added it to the mold little by little.

Luego de tener el caramelo listo en el molde, empecé a hacer la mezcla del quesillo.

En una taza coloqué los huevos y con la ayuda de un tenedor los batí poco a poco, para luego llevar a la licuadora.

Ya al tener todo listo agregué en el vaso de la licuadora los huevos ya batidos, el azúcar, la leche, un chorrito de vainilla y un chorrito de licor. Luego licué por varios minutos.

Ya al estar la mezcla lista, la agregué al molde poco a poco.

After having the caramel ready in the mold, I started to make the quesillo mixture.

In a bowl I placed the eggs and with the help of a fork I beat them little by little, and then I took them to the blender.

Once everything was ready, I added the beaten eggs, sugar, milk, a splash of vanilla and a splash of liqueur in the blender cup. Then I blended for several minutes.

Once the mixture was ready, I added it to the mold little by little.

Coloqué el quesillo a baño María, luego lo llevé al horno ya precalentado.

I placed the quesillo in a bain-marie, then took it to the preheated oven.

Al pasar de 1 hora ya mi quesillo estaba listo.😍🥰

Within 1 hour my quesillo was ready.😍🥰

Miren como me quedo, lo pique en varios pedacitos y los coloque en tazas para llevarlo a la nevera.😍

I chopped it into several small pieces and placed them in cups to take it to the refrigerator 😍.
