My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday didn't start much earlier than the day before but again with a little snow falling, we wanted to enjoy it right away.

Le Chat didn't agree though. She stayed on the deck for a while and finally decided it was more of an indoor kind of day. She started by building a nest, then proceeded with a grooming session... Weird Le Chat, she spent much colder days outside.

Anyways, we didn't wait for her to change her mind and started our walk behind the front yard.

I still couldn't figure out why Kaia's limping, but she still doesn't seem to mind during our walks, or while running in the snow.

It was snowing more than what the forecast mentioned, even better! Apparently, snow tickles Kaia's ears, and running while shaking your head isn't that easy.

Of course, we continued our walk towards the forest.

Not so different for Kaia, just a lot more space to run, and more scents to investigate.

We walked for a while but like I said, it was actually snowing for real, and it started messing with the screen on my phone, so after one last photo, we just enjoyed the solitude and quietness in the forest.

Unfortunately there is no more snow on the forecast, but some very cold temperatures are predicted (possibly in the sub-zeroes Fahrenheit, close to -20C), so we should keep that snow for a while. Yay!!!

Wow is this the closest to a winter wonderland for you this season? I think LeChat has it best staying warm indoors, but it sure is amusing to see Kaia enjoying the snow. I'm not sure I can personally handle the cold winter though. LOL! Stay warm out there. Have a wonderful week!

I guess it is !INDEED. For once, cold temperature and snow arrived at the same time, so even if it was just enough to cover the ground, we will enjoy this snow for at least a few days.
