[ENG]|[ESP] Spinning bike Video and photoshoot session
Hello dear Hive community, I hope you have a nice weekend full of good energy, i wish very much success for all of you.
Today I want to show you this video that I made with my friend Carlos, who is a trainer at his gym, I had visited him before and I thought we could make good fitness content working together, so we planned a day when the gym would be alone and we recorded two videos, the one that I will show you next is from the Spinning Bike part, a sport that has been gaining a lot of fame in the city of San Cristóbal.

Hoy les quiero mostrar este video que hice con mi amigo Carlos, quien es entrenador en su gimnasio, ya lo había visitado antes y me pareció que podíamos hacer un buen contenido fitness trabajando juntos, así que planeamos un día que estuviera el gimnasio solo y grabamos dos videos, el que les mostraré a continuación es de la parte de Spinning Bike, un deporte que ha venido ganando mucha fama en la ciudad de San Cristóbal.
