Ā”Feliz dĆ­a abejitas! ā˜•šŸ’«Espero que se encuentren muy bien, para hoy les traigo una nueva preparaciĆ³n de un arroz sofrito con chuleta ahumada y salchichas polaca,que simulan un poco al arroz chino porque le agregue ajinomoto.

ā— Salchichas polacas
ā— šŸ„šHuevos
ā— šŸ«‘PimentĆ³n
ā— šŸ§…Cebolla

ā— Ajoporro
ā— Celery o Apio EspaƱa
ā— Salsa de soya
ā— šŸ§‚ Sal
ā— Ajinomoto
ā— šŸš1 Taza de arroz
ā— šŸ«—2 Tazas de agua
ā— Aceite

1.- Cortamos en cuadritos pequeƱos la cebolla pimentĆ³n, ajo, el tallo del ajoporro y el celery.

ā— Celery or Celery Spain
ā— Soy sauce

ā— Ajinomoto
ā— šŸš1 Cup of rice
ā— šŸ«—2 Cups of water
ā— Oil

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³ Preparation:

1.- We cut into small squares the onion paprika, garlic, the stalk of the leek and the celery.

2.- Cortamos la chuleta y las salchichas, hacemos una tortilla con los huevos y tambiƩn la cortamos.

2.- Cut the cutlet and sausages, make an omelet with the eggs and also cut it.

3.- Hacemos el arroz de la forma tradicional, en un caldero agregamos un poquito de aceite y sofreĆ­mos un poco de cebolla, pimentĆ³n y ajo, luego agregamos el arroz removemos bien, incorporamos las dos tazas de agua, un poco de sal y el ajinomoto mezclamos, dejamos hervir, bajamos la llama a mĆ­nima, tapamos y dejamos cocinar hasta que seque por completo y apagamos.

3.- We make the rice in the traditional way, in a pot we add a little bit of oil and fry some onion, paprika and garlic, then we add the rice, stir well, add the two cups of water, a little salt and the ajinomoto, mix, let it boil, lower the flame to minimum, cover and let it cook until it dries completely and turn it off.

4.- En un sartĆ©n agregamos un poco de aceite y sofreĆ­mos la cebolla, ajo, pimentĆ³n, ajoporro, celery. Retiramos y sofreĆ­mos las salchichas y chuleta hasta dorar.

4.- In a frying pan add a little oil and fry the onion, garlic, paprika, ajoporro, celery. Remove and fry the sausages and chops until golden brown.

5.- Removemos un poco el arroz y agregamos un poco de salsa de soya para oscurecer, seguidamente incorporamos el sofrito de vegetales, las salchichas con la chuleta y la tortilla, mezclamos bien y servimos para degustar.

5.- Stir the rice a little and add a little soy sauce to darken, then add the sautƩed vegetables, the sausages with the pork cutlet and the tortilla, mix well and serve to taste.

Es un delicioso arroz completo con proteĆ­nas, muy fĆ”cil de elaborar. Al servirlo le coloque unas tajadas de plĆ”tano que no pueden faltar en mi almuerzošŸ˜‰ espero les haya gustado y se animen a reproducir la receta en casa.
