Un rico Almuerzo Gourmet por mi Chef El Gochito

Hoy domingo, 27 de Octubre, mi Pareja José, se esmeró en atendernos a mi mamá, a mi hija pequeña y a mí.

Inició con un rico desayuno de dos panquecas con queso telita para cada uno de nosotros, como estaban demasiadas ricas, mi mamá y Valery pidieron una más, yo no quise abusar, por mi dieta y condición de estómago. Lo acompañamos con un rico café negro que tomó José y mi mamá, Valery y yo, optamos por café con leche.

Luego, me vine al cuarto, a hacer unos quehaceres de la casa. José quedó en la cocina y nos prohibió acercarse, debido a que nos iba a sorprender a la familia.

Cuando nos llamó a las 12:15 del mediodía, salimos de las habitaciones y nuestra humilde mesa estaba servida, nos sorprendió el plato exquisito que nos había preparado; parecía de un restaurante, al estilo Gourmet.

Nos sentamos en la mesa y empezamos a murmurar, que había botado la casa por la ventana, que se había lucido con este almuerzo y que nos había dado una gran sorpresa, que fue de nuestro agrado. Nos emocionamos mucho, ya que él con tan poquitos ingredientes pudo preparar un rico almuerzo Gourmet.

Nuestro chef El Gochito nos hizo un rico plato, que consistía en un arroz a la campesina, pan al ajillo, pollo esmechado.

El arroz estaba preparado con zanahorias, cebolla, tomate, ají, pimentón, ajo, cebollin, cilantro, pasta tostada y condimentada con carmencita, sal e ingredientes secretos, que no me quiso decir... Hay, no; ya no puedo con él, Jajaja...

Del pollo se usó una pechuga grande, una vez sancochada, lo esmecho y guisó el pollo en un caldero con sus ingredientes especiales y aliños, que no me quiso decir... Hahaha...

El pan lo rebano, preparo el ajo sofrito con sus ingredientes especiales y le unto al pan este aderezo y luego lo llevo al horno por 15 a 20 minutos, hasta que estuvieron tostados.

Cuando empezamos a probar el almuerzo, exclamamos elogios de lo rico que estaba. Le dije, te botaste la casa por la ventana, debemos montar un restaurante, para exprimirte... Hahaha... Me dijo: yo no quiero ser esclavo de nadie, a lo que le dije, que sería mi esclavo... Jajaja

Realmente no me puedo quejar de sus atenciones de vez en cuando o de cuando en vez, muchas veces nos compartimos responsabilidades, por ende hay veces le toca cocinar cuando hace su tiempo libre, así que este domingo le tocó a él y a mí descansar medianamente.

Todos disfrutamos de este almuerzo y nos deleitamos al estilo Gourmet con nuestro Chef El Gochito... Esperando que para la próxima semana nos vuelva a sorprender 😬😬😬

Today, Sunday, October 27th, my partner Jose, took great care to serve my mom, my little daughter and me.

He started with a delicious breakfast of two pancakes with telita cheese for each of us, as they were too rich, my mom and Valery asked for one more, I did not want to abuse, because of my diet and stomach condition. We accompanied it with a delicious black coffee that José drank and my mom, Valery and I opted for coffee with milk.

Then I went to the bedroom to do some housework. José stayed in the kitchen and forbade us to go near, because he was going to surprise the family.

When he called us at 12:15 noon, we came out of the rooms and our humble table was served, we were surprised by the exquisite dish he had prepared for us; it looked like something from a restaurant, Gourmet style.

We sat at the table and began to murmur, that he had thrown the house out the window, that he had done a great job with this lunch and that he had given us a great surprise, which was to our liking. We were very excited, since he was able to prepare a delicious gourmet lunch with so few ingredients.

Our chef El Gochito made us a delicious dish, which consisted of a peasant rice, garlic bread, and pickled chicken.

The rice was prepared with carrots, onion, tomato, chili, paprika, garlic, onion, cilantro, toasted pasta and seasoned with carmencita, salt and secret ingredients, which he wouldn't tell me... Hay, no; I can't deal with him anymore, hahaha....

From the chicken he used a large breast, once it was boiled, he shredded it and stewed the chicken in a cauldron with his special ingredients and seasonings, which he didn't want to tell me.... Hahaha...

I slice the bread, prepare the sautéed garlic with his special ingredients and spread this dressing on the bread and then take it to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until they were toasted.

When we started tasting the lunch, we exclaimed praise for how good it was. I told him, you went out of the window, we should set up a restaurant, to squeeze you..... Hahaha... He said, I don't want to be anyone's slave, to which I told him, he would be my slave..... Hahaha

I really can't complain about his attentions from time to time or from time to time, many times we share responsibilities, so sometimes he has to cook when he has his free time, so this Sunday it was his turn and mine to rest moderately.

We all enjoyed this lunch and we were delighted in the Gourmet style with our Chef El Gochito... Hoping that for next week he will surprise us again 😬😬😬
