Wow, it certainly looks like it will be a fantastic remodel, just from the plans you can tell it will take a lot of effort. I like the fact that they decided to paint the outside in that dark color, it really adds sobriety to the house.
I hope everything goes well with the remodeling and soon you will bring a post with the finished house.
