Desde que en mi trabajo me informaron que nos darían toda la semana de vacaciones, empecé a buscar cosas que hacer para no aburrirme de estar metida en casa, es por eso que a la primera cuando le ofrecieron a mi pareja ir a una de las playas muy cerca de mochima, no lo pensé y dije que si.

Since my work informed me that they would give us a whole week's vacation, I started looking for things to do so as not to get bored of being stuck at home, which is why at first when they offered my partner to go to one of the beaches Very close to Mochima, I didn't think about it and said yes.

Desde el día anterior mi novio me informó que unos amigos lo habían invitado a ir a mochima, y estuvo esa noche anterior comprando algunos de los ingredientes entre comida y bebida para pasarla delicioso. El día comenzó súper temprano, parandonos antes de las 6am para tener todo listo, aún así llegamos al lugar a las 9am aproximadamente, pues tuvimos que ir a desayunar primero y recoger a varias personas que también irían con nosotros.

The day before, my boyfriend informed me that some #friends had invited him to go to mochima, and he spent the night before buying some of the ingredients between food and drinks to have a delicious time. The day started super early, stopping before 6am to have everything ready, we still arrived at the place at approximately 9am, as we had to go to breakfast first and pick up several people who would also go with us.

Al llegar al lugar, me di cuenta que no se trataba de mochima, sino una de las islas cercanas a esta, pero de igual forma decidí pasarla bien y disfrutar el momento, nos montamos en un bote hasta la casa de un señor muy humilde, dónde hicimos un almuerzo que constó de pescado frito, ensalada y casabe.

When I arrived at the place, I realized that it was not Mochima, but one of the islands near it, but I decided to have a good time and enjoy the moment, we got on a boat to the house of a very humble man, where we had a lunch that consisted of fried fish, salad and cassava.

Luego del almuerzo, nos volvimos a montar en el bote y viajamos a una isla llamada los 7 delfines, dónde la pasamos maravilloso, entre bebida y comida, y sobre todo al observar la inmensidad del mar, las olas, el azul más oscuro cuando el agua se hacía más profunda, las nubes y la arena bien caliente.

After lunch, we got back on the boat and traveled to an island called the 7 dolphins, where we had a wonderful time, between drinks and food, and above all observing the immensity of the sea, the waves, the darkest blue when the The water was getting deeper, the clouds and the sand very hot.

Lo mejor de llegar a la isla fue el paseo en bote, debería ser considerado un arte para la relajación, pude meditar sobre muchas cosas que me vienen pasando, pues desde la casa donde llegamos hasta la isla donde pasamos la tarde fue aproximadamente 40 minutos en bote.

The best thing about getting to the island was the boat ride, it should be considered an art for relaxation, I was able to meditate on many things that have been happening to me, because from the house where we arrived to the island where we spent the afternoon it was approximately 40 minutes in boat.

Ya en la isla, tomé fotos hasta más no poder, no me pude bañar en el mar, ya que estoy en esos días del mes, pero pude meter mis pies en el agua salada y usar mi teléfono para fotografiar y guardar en la memoria todos esos paisajes lindísimos de mi ciudad.

Once on the island, I took photos until I couldn't, I couldn't swim in the sea, since I am in those days of the month, but I was able to put my feet in the salt water and use my phone to photograph and save everything in memory. those beautiful landscapes of my city.

Pasadas las 5pm recogimos nuestras cosas y regresamos a la casa del señor, donde pudimos ver delfines desde el bote y una vez más apreciar lo maravilloso que es el mar, en todo su esplendor, pues se trata de aguas abiertas.

After 5pm we picked up our things and returned to the man's house, where we were able to see dolphins from the boat and once again appreciate how wonderful the sea is, in all its splendor, since it is open water.

Regresamos al mismo lugar donde llegamos por la mañana y conversamos camino a nuestros hogares lo maravilloso que fue pasar el día en ese lugar, lo increíble que la pasamos, como nos sentíamos sin un peso, sin tensiones y listos para encaminar una nueva semana, la semana santa.

We returned to the same place where we arrived in the morning and talked on the way home about how wonderful it was to spend the day in that place, how incredible we had it, how we felt weightless, without tension and ready to start a new week, the Easter week.
