[ESP-ING] DOMINGO EN FAMILIA,PREPARANDO UNA DELICIOSA SOPA/SUNDAY WITH THE FAMILY, PREPARING A DELICIOUS SOUP

Muy buenas tardes mis queridos amigos, ya de vuelta un poquito ausente, pero siempre los tengo presente a todas mis comunidades de Hive, hoy les vengo a compartir como es un domingo en familia y haciendo una deliciosa sopita de costilla de res y huesos rojos.

Good afternoon my dear friends, I am back a little absent, but I always keep all my communities in Hive in mind, today I come to share what a Sunday is like with my family and making a delicious soup of beef rib and red bones.

El día de ayer ya en horas de la noche recibo un msj de texto de un tío invitándome a su casa el día de hoy para preparar una deliciosa sopa, y pasar un día en familia, luego de hacer los quehaceres de la casa y arreglarme me voy con mi hija y una vecina al lugar programado que quedaba aproximadamente a cuatro cuadras de mi hogar, al llegar al sitio estaba mi tío con un primo cortando la leña para preparar el fogón, las mujeres nos encargamos de picar las costillas y cortar las verduras.

Yesterday at night, I received a text message from an uncle inviting me to his house today to prepare a delicious soup, and spend a day with the family, after doing the housework and fixing myself. I go with my daughter and a neighbor to the scheduled place that was approximately four blocks from my home, when I arrived at the site my uncle was with a cousin cutting the wood to prepare the stove, the women took care of chopping the ribs and cutting the vegetables .

Mi tío con la ayuda de su esposa se encargaron de montar las costillas y los huesos en la olla para que se fueran habla dando, mientras esperábamos ese proceso ya con las verduras picadas y lavadas también con los aliños preparados nos sentamos a conversar y a reírnos de cuentos en familias.

My uncle, with the help of his wife, was in charge of assembling the ribs and bones in the pot so that they could talk, while we waited for that process, already with the chopped and washed vegetables also with the prepared dressings, we sat down to talk and laugh at stories in families.

Luego de una espera no tan largas llegó el momento de añadirle las verduras con los aliños a la sopa y darle la sazón adecuada la olla casi desbordándose de lo lleno que estaba yo le decía a la esposa de mi tío aquí va a comer un batallón completo, ella con risas contestaba para que queden full y lleven para sus casas.

After a not so long wait, it was time to add the vegetables with the dressings to the soup and give it the right seasoning, the pot almost overflowing with how full it was, I told my uncle's wife here she is going to eat a whole battalion , she with laughter answered so that they are full and take home.

Ya lista la sopa esperamos que se reposará un poquito y empezamos a servirla una cosa no muy normal a mí me encanta hacer sopa, pero al momento de comerla solo me Silbo un poquito de yuca y un pedazo de presa en este caso fue costilla nada de caldo siempre he Sido así y con esas mismas costumbres es mi hija se reían de mi taza y me expresaban así no se come sopa jajaja.

The soup is ready, we hope it will settle a little and we start to serve it, something that is not very normal, I love to make soup, but when I eat it, I only whistle a little yucca and a piece of prey in this case was rib, nothing of broth I have always been like this and with those same customs my daughter laughed at my cup and expressed me like this, you don't eat soup hahaha.
