About the Quote
It's one thing to believe in something to the point where we simply know. We believe that 2 plus 2 equals 4 to the point where we accept that as fact and reality. This is the level of belief which we need if we are going to make into reality dreams and goals of all kinds we set for ourselves.
When it comes to realizing dreams and reaching goals, time limits don't necessarily apply. George Lucas had dreamed about making a space opera when he was a child, and he was able to realize that dream decades later in the form of Star Wars. Mary Lou Retton believed so strongly that she would win an Olympic Gold Medal that she visualized every detail surrounding the moment it happened (setting, wardrobe, music, audience, signage, colors, sounds, etc.)
