拉單槓五下,體重98.65KG, 有進步

首先,我要寫HIVE的門票就是一張體重減少的照片。上一篇98.95公斤, 這次98.65公斤,比上次少0.3公斤。照片在上面,表格在下面。

因為今年總共減了12公斤,已經有不少人注意到我身體的變化,也有挺多人開始問我到底怎麼做成功的。除了問我平常吃什麼以外,也有人問我該做什麼運動。

澳洲這裡很流行一句話: "You cannot outtrain a bad diet"。意思就是說,你如果不控制飲食,再怎麼運動都沒有用,還是會變肥。相反的,控制飲食後,只要做些適當的運動就行了,並不用太瘋狂的運動。運動主要是為了鍛鍊身體,而不是為了減肥。

那到底要做什麼運動最能鍛鍊身體呢? 我會的運動還算挺多,跳舞,打網球,打太極拳,攀岩等,但我現在認為對鍛鍊身體最有用的運動是Calisthenics, 度娘翻譯成中文是健身操。健身操與用健身房裡的器材有啥不同呢? 健身操主要是用自己的體重(bodyweight)來做阻力,比如說伏地挺身,深蹲,拉單槓等,這些都是健身操裡的基本動作。這些動作也沒啥新奇,就是我小時候體育老師教過的。等基本功學好後,才可以慢慢開始練比較難的動作。

我一月時一下單槓都拉不了。上一篇能拉四下單槓,現在能拉五下。上一篇拉四下時因為我的手掌心比較朝內,動作其實比這次簡單。而這一篇裡我的手掌是平行的,所以難度高些(比較少能用到二頭肌),但我卻能拉比較多下,所以的確有進步。

Great workout, I can see in the video how hard working you are to lose weight. You are losing some weight each time. Hope you will be able to lose weight very soon.

Apart from exercise, you also need to have the best diet. Like first vegetable then food and later rice

減重循序漸進是個好辦法啦 合理的飲食配合鍛鍊 效果會比較持久也很健康٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و

Losing 12 kilograms in one year is an achievement which you really have done. I remember when I lost my weight, people also started to ask me that what I am actually doing and what kind of exercise I am doing !
Back in those days I was having a balanced diet but these days I again put on my weight and my diet is not healthy.
