體重減少了,拉單槓也容易些

我現在最想要做的事,就是把體重減到83公斤,所以我每篇文章都會放張量體重的照片,而沒有比上篇減少我就不寫HIVE。

大家能看到我體重比上一篇HIVE的確減少了0.25公斤,所以可以寫一篇來慶祝。

大家可能記得,兩個月前我上傳了一個影片,是我拉單槓的影片。這個影片中我需要用一個綠色的輔助帶才能拉起來。當時我如果沒用輔助帶,可能一兩下都拉不起來。

而這次我給大家看另一個我拉單槓的影片,沒有用輔助帶就能拉四下。

其實拉單槓也有學問的。首先就是怎麼握桿。大家可以看到我這次掌心稍微向自己。這代表會比較鍛鍊到二頭肌和胸肌。

我除了變瘦以外,還要變壯,所以體重減得會比較慢。但每次都會有進步。

Four chin ups is a great number in that age.
I think when you were young you might have did great work out, keep it up.

Thank you!! I can do 5 now! I think the most I've ever done is about 6 or 7. I'd like to get to 10!!

Getting down to 83kg is a very lofty goal indeed, but looking at your level of training it seem that you are focused on getting there, I wish you all the best. The fact you can do four chin ups in a row is ineradicable I don't know may people who can pull that off. Hey I notice that you have a few of witness votes spare, appreciate it if you could send me one
