Me complace en compartirle una receta nutritiva y deliciosa “ Pollo al Vapor con Cúrcuma y Picadillo de Vegetales emulsionados (Aceite de oliva, Limón y Miel de Abejas)”, es exquisita esta combinación con Pollo troceado cocinado sazonados con cúrcuma, vegetales lo servimos sin líquido para colocarle encima ese gusto que desprende ese picadillo de vegetales emulsionado con Aceite de oliva, Limón y miel de Abejas me surgió esta inventiva culinaria para consentir a mi familia , lo acompañe con ensalada de vegetales cruda y arroz blanco quedo exquisito les encantara prepararlo en casa.
I am pleased to share with you a nutritious and delicious recipe "Steamed Chicken with Turmeric and Emulsified Vegetable Picadillo (Olive Oil, Lemon and Honey Bees)", this combination is exquisite with cooked chopped Chicken seasoned with turmeric, vegetables we serve without liquid to put on top that taste that gives off that mincemeat of vegetables emulsified with olive oil, lemon and honey from bees I came up with this culinary inventiveness to pamper my family, accompany it with raw vegetable salad and white rice it is exquisite they will love to prepare it at home.
Ingredientes: Porción por 4 Personas
• 1 .5 Kilo de pollo troceado (pechuga).
• 1 Pimentón rojo /verde, 1 cebolla morada, cebollín ajo porro, tallo apio España y ajo triturado.
• 1 tallo de cúrcuma, 4 onzas de aceite de oliva, 1 limón, 1 cucharada
de miel de abejas, sal y pimienta, perejil seco, romero tomillo
• ½ Litro de agua potable.
Ingredients: Portion for 4 People
• 1 .5 Kilo of chopped chicken (breast).
• 1 red/green paprika, 1 purple onion, chives, leek garlic, Spain celery stalk and crushed garlic.
• 1 stem of turmeric, 4 ounces of olive oil, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon
honey, salt and pepper, dried parsley, rosemary, thyme
• ½ Liter of drinking water.
Elaboracion/ Elaboration.
• Eliminamos raíces, semilla y cascaras a los vegetales y cortamos en trozos muy pequeños cebolla, pimentón y cebollín, ajo vegetales para enjuagamos con agua reservamos.
• Remove roots, seeds and skins from vegetables and cut onion, paprika and chives, garlic into very small pieces, rinse with water and reserve.
• Vertemos en un recipiente los vegetales y ajo para el picadillo y añadimos jugo de limón aceite de oliva, miel de abejas mezclamos para emulsionar los vegetales con los aderezos salpimentamos.
• Pour the vegetables and garlic for the mince into a container and add lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt pepper and stir to emulsify the vegetables with the dressings.
• Vertemos agua en un recipiente lo colocamos en la estufa añadimos los trozos de pollo con especies tomillo, perejil seco, ajo romero y añadimos vegetales ajo porro apio España y cebolla.
• Pour water into a container, place it on the stove, add the chicken pieces with thyme spices dried parsley, garlic, rosemary and add vegetables, garlic joint celery Spain and onion.
• Añadimos a la cocción del pollo al vapor sal y pimienta y añadimos una porción de cúrcuma previamente rallada.

• Cocinamos la preparación unos 15 minutos aproximadamente retiramos del fuego extraemos cada pieza del pollo del vapor para servir.

• Listo servimos esta Suculenta receta Añadimos el Picadillo de Vegetales al Pollo saborizado y colorido con Cúrcuma.
