Las personas están entrando en un mundo donde estamos despertando de un letargo, y comenzando a vislumbrar de que se trata la vida. Hay muchas maneras de lograr la conexión espiritual con nuestro Yo interior y el universo, también de ser las personas que deseamos ser. Entre las técnicas para conectarnos y quizás lo más simple es colocar las manos en nuestro corazón y hablar con él. Así mismo, el tener contacto con la naturaleza es fundamental.

No se debe obviar el corazón y todas las emociones asociadas a él. Creo que por esta razón la mayoría de las personas no somos lo que deseamos ser y no construimos nuestro mundo, porque nos falta amor y pasión Se tiene la obsoleta creencia de que el corazón es loco y no piensa. Digo que es mentira y es un error, al igual que algunos científicos que han estudiado este órgano. Quizás si pusiéramos las manos en el corazón y tomáramos un minuto para escucharlo, nuestra intuición no libraría de muchos problemas.

Como dice el escritor mexicano Rodolfo Benavides en su libro: “Entonces seremos Dioses”, el ser humano habrá encontrado el mayor tesoro que ni siquiera imagina; el santo grial, la fuente de la juventud o convertir los metales en oro. Creo firmemente que somos lo que deseamos ser, si cuando soñamos y pedimos. Además de visualizar, ponemos el corazón, el amor, pasión y todas las emociones que nos hacen sentir euforia, alegres y felices.

Hay que aprender a sentir el corazón, ya que puede darnos respuesta de muchas cosas que a simple vista son imperceptibles. Un gran amigo, me dijo que todo lo que quisiera o deseara, antes de pedir, me tocara el corazón. Algunos lo entienden más rápido que otros, solo hay que reconocer que además de la mente, también el corazón nos permite descubrir que es lo que nos apasiona para comenzar a disfrutar de todo lo que nos brinda el universo.

El camino para ser todo lo que deseamos ser, es primordial abrir el canal de comunicación con nuestro Yo interior y el universo. Así mismo, visualizar para crear el mundo que soñamos y alcanzar nuestros proyectos de vida. Pero tenemos que poner la mano sobre nuestro corazón, con mucho amor y pasión.

Mis ingredientes secretos

Aunque no lo crean, algunas personas nunca logran descubrir ¿Cuál es el ese ingrediente secreto? O ímpetu que tenemos dentro de nosotros y que nos diferencia unos de otros. Y que permite que a unos se les haga más fácil conseguir lo que desean, sueños y metas; y a otros, por el contrario, no. Se pasan la vida buscando y no consiguen ni siquiera la paz de su espíritu. De nada le valen recitar mantras, afirmaciones y visualizar. Para tratar de crear y construir su destino.

Creo que además de la mente, hay ingredientes secretos que le dan sazón a nuestra vida, el corazón, amor y la pasión. Son capaces de impulsarnos al éxito, al logro de los sueños y metas. Hay que tener presente que las emociones positivas son los motores que nos impulsan hacia adelante. Intentar emprender o un nuevo proyecto de vida sin la energía vital que estos dos ingredientes nos suministran, es como nadar en una piscina sin agua o una muerte súbita.

A veces no consigo lo que deseo porque no le pongo amor, pasión y corazón a lo que hago. Como todos los seres humanos, cometo errores, sobre todo a no escuchar mi intuición ni confiar en que soy capaz de prender la chispa que ilumina mi camino hacia el logro de mis sueños y metas. Pero después se me pasa, y abrazo a mi corazón y a la luz para protegerlos.
