Star fruit in coffee? This is the first time I heard and knew about this. It is also my first time to learn that it can be made into syrup.

I remember when I was young, we used to eat star fruit fresh from its little tree and yes it taste is sour and just a very little sweet.

Nowadays, I seldom see star fruit tree around.

To make the syrup is basically very easy. Afterall, syrup is just sugar and water and you can add any flavorings you like either natural or artificial.

The basic of every latte is also pretty simple. So you can really make any lattes that you like. It's all just about espresso, cold milk and ice cubes extra flavoring.

I rarely see starfruits around as well and it's my first time after years seeing them again 😂

I even don't know if that star fruit tree we used to climb when we were young is still there in our neighbor. I miss eating star fruit too.

This is very refreshing I guess. I would like to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

Wait, what? Startfruit with coffee? I really can't imagine the taste of this combination. I say, it's really interesting and unique. I really feel like they won't go well together 😟🤔

hahaha it's actually not that bad. It certainly has that sour and tart aftertaste. I guess, not everyone is into those flavor profile, hence it's not that popular latte.

Start Fruit = Carambola = Ciruela China are the names by which I know this fruit.

It's not particularly my favorite and I'm really intrigued by what a coffee sweetened with start fruit syrup tastes like. At first I think I wouldn't like it but I'll have to try it to find out.
