Amor y Pasión por lo que hago./Love and Passion for what I do.
Hola querida comunidad, el dia de hoy quiero compartirles mi afición por la repostería, y como nunca hay excusas para el trabajo y menos cuándo es algo que nos apasiona; este 24 y 25 de diciembre realice dos hermosos trabajos para llevar alegría y dulzor a dos hogares.
Hello dear community, today I want to share with you my love for baking, and as there are never excuses for work and less when it is something we are passionate about; this December 24 and 25 I made two beautiful works to bring joy and sweetness to two homes.
Ambas tortas las realice desde cero y son tortas húmedas de triple chocolate.
Both cakes were made from scratch and are moist triple chocolate cakes.
La primera fue para celebrar la navidad con los niños y la llegada de Santa con los regalos, para la decoración utilice crema batida la cual pinte con pintura vegetal verde y rojo con cuatro galletas navideñas.
The first one was to celebrate Christmas with the children and the arrival of Santa with gifts, for the decoration I used whipped cream which I painted with green and red vegetable paint with four Christmas cookies.
Para la del dia 25 de diciembre utilice también crema batida pero está vez sin colorante para mantener su color blanco natural, además use 4 suspiros, un paquete pequeño de galletas Oreo, tres bombones Jet, tres barritas de chocolate Jumbo y un paquete pequeño de Bolitas de Chokis. Esta deliciosa y bonita torta húmeda triple chocolate fue un pedido para la celebración de un cumpleaños.
For the one on December 25 I also used whipped cream but this time without coloring to keep its natural white color, plus I used 4 sighs, a small package of Oreo cookies, three Jet chocolates, three Jumbo chocolate bares and a small package of Chokis balls. This delicious and beautiful moist triple chocolate cake was ordered for a birthday celebration.
Debo decirles que no tengo ningún estudio ni experiencia previa en esto de la reposteria,pero aun así lo hago con amor y pasión porque es algo que realmente me complace hacer, sé que me falta mucha mucha práctica pero pienso que voy por buen camino y déjenme decirles que realmente cuándo uno quiere puede. Así que sí sienten pasión por algo y aun no sé han atrevido ha hacerlo solo atrevanse les aseguro que quedaran encantadas con el resultado.
I must tell you that I don't have any studies or previous experience in this pastry, but I still do it with love and passion because it is something that really pleases me to do, I know that I lack a lot of practice but I think I'm on the right track and let me tell you that really when you want you can. So if you feel passion for something and have not yet dared to do it just dare I assure you that you will be delighted with the result.
