The Beautiful Nettle Without Being Dangerous

Hello everyone……
This afternoon when I was taking an afternoon walk with friends I accidentally saw this plant in one of the residents' gardens which is not too far from my house.

Without shame I immediately asked permission to enter to take some pictures, and how happy I was when the owner of the garden allowed even to give one of his beautiful plants for me to take home.

Then I asked the owner of the garden,
''What's the name of this plant? Because I see the color is very beautiful and striking and the wide leaves make the color between pink and green very bright'' I asked

"This flower is called Nettle (a name known to my place of origin, namely Indonesia)" said the owner of the park.

Then out of curiosity I approached this plant called Nettle or in scientific language called Urticaceae to touch it, but suddenly the owner's mother shouted "DO NOT TOUCH ....!!!! It's itchy later", it turns out that behind the beautiful color this plant has a mystery that I don't know….

It turns out that almost all the leaves and stems of this plant are filled with fine hairs that cause itching to the touch, and if it has been touched, we must immediately wash the affected body part with coconut water or with soapy water as soon as possible.

Wow ... that's my new experience today, besides getting beautiful plants, I also got a lot of additional knowledge about plants.
