My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2023

14k activity count for yesterday by doing house chores and some exercise. I cooked meals, walked for 30 minutes, washed the dishes, swept and mopped the floor, washed some clothes, and feed the dogs and cats.

After doing those things I walked around my garden and watered some. For weeks I've been what to do on our homesteading project but until now I haven't started it yet. 🤭
