Venezuela buscó el empate hasta el final y obtuvo su recompensa en los pies de Alfredo ‘Chavela’ Vidal, para mantener su invicto con un balance de 2 victorias y un empate en el Grupo A de este Mundial de Futsal de Lituania 2021. Los dirigidos por Freddy Miguel González le pudieron amargar la fiesta a una de las selecciones favoritas como lo es Kazajistán pactando 1-1 y ambos avanzan a octavos de final, la Vinotinto como segunda.
