3D Practice | Crystal Island Dungeon
Hello!
Finally I finished this scene in 3D, I had problems with my video card since I did not want to work with this scene ...... I tried for two days trying to see the error, but in the end nothing ........ Finally I had to work with my CPU instead of using the GPU to make the scene render work.
And as I already knew, the CPU took 3 days to do the different renders, some even took 22 hours ........ But in the end I managed to do the render, I would like to have worked a few more views in different scenes but I did not I like working with the CPU because it takes a long time to make a single image.
I hope you like this practice, sincerely I really like the end result of this scene despite the problems I had, it reminds me that I no longer play jejejejej, now I have to spend investigating and practicing ways to work better with drawing and 3D.
- Worked with:
Autodesk 3ds Max
V-Ray
Photoshop CC
- Preview from the program:
- Renders views in general planes and in planes of details:
Thank you very much and I hope you liked my post Greetings 😄

Did you need to do some compositing shenanigans to get it to render on the gpu? If it was Blender I would suggest running it from commandline as that will usually tell you what's going on but Max I guess you'd need to see if there's some debug mode somewhere XD
I like the glowing lights :)
I like glowing things in general
Thanks xD, maybe I see how I can adjust it, I don't understand why this sometimes happens to me, the work is very difficult when rendering with these errors, I also have Blender here but I still don't use it I also have the Zbrush, first I want handle 3DS MAX well but I already have those tutorials ready to watch.
Are there a lot of polygons or light bounces or any type of physics going on? Sometimes if a scene is pretty heavy it might be too much for the gpu and you need to render parts out separately and then composite it back together.
No, it does not have any gravity effect, the maximum it has is the light effect, but it gives me an error in the render since it cannot `process the subdivision of the lights, lower the subdivision to 1 and the resolution a little, adjust the use of 8 GB of RAM to the maximum and still the GPU could not process it ... and that is 2 GB of graphics card, I don't understand why I can't, you have your drivers installed and updated, this is already a bug in the rendering engine ...
With a 512MB card I used to work this well.
