I went for my usual walk today. I must confess, I look forward to my walks these days, I feel lighter and clear headed. It has stop raining everyday so this makes it easy to stretch my legs.

As I was walking I saw this flower and stop to admire it. It is beautiful and bright in colour. It's colour really suit it.
