Hay días en donde los planes surgen de la nada, aunque no sean los mejores, lo importante siempre es disfrutarlos. Hace par de días fue el aniversario, por así decirlo, o el cumpleaños de la ciudad de Cumaná, desde su fundación, cumpliendo 509 años. Generalmente, las festividades son ir a las noches de antaño, ir a misa y algunas personas van a la playa, ya que esta ciudad se caracteriza por tener una playa súper bonita cercana y todo lo demás de fácil acceso. Yo la verdad planeaba quedarme en casa, ya que este día no había noche de antaño, solo había un par de celebraciones sencillas porque era miércoles, pero mi mamá dijo que íbamos a ir a la playa por lo menos un rato y, ya que todos íbamos no me queda de otra.

There are days when plans come out of nowhere, even if they are not the best, the important thing is always to enjoy them. A couple of days ago was the anniversary, so to speak, or the birthday of the city of Cumaná, since its foundation, turning 509 years old. Generally, the festivities are going to the nights of yesteryear, going to mass and some people go to the beach, since this city is characterized by having a super nice beach nearby and everything else easily accessible. I was actually planning to stay home, since there was no night of yesteryear this day, there were only a couple of simple celebrations because it was Wednesday, but my mom said we were going to go to the beach for at least a while and, since we were all going, I had no other choice.

No sabía para qué ese sector de la playa íbamos a dirigirnos, así que estuve a la expectativa durante un rato, y cuando visualicé que nos estábamos acercando hacia la nueva zona que inauguraron, me alegró un poco porque quería conocerla y ver qué tal era. Básicamente, es la misma playa, el mismo litoral, pero arreglaron una zona bastante bonita la pusieron muy turística con locales y mesas para sentarse, lo que estuvo muy bien y apenas tenía una semana de inaugurado. El sitio se llama cangrejo azul y la verdad es súper bonito no me voy a quejar para nada del sitio está muy bonito y siento que está genial porque es creo que la primera zona turística cuando nos dirigimos hacia la playa creo que es lo primero que vemos si vamos de la ciudad hacia la playa.

I didn't know which section of the beach we were going to go to, so I waited in anticipation for a while, and when I saw that we were approaching the new area they had inaugurated, I was a little happy because I wanted to get to know it and see what it was like. Basically, it is the same beach, the same coastline, but they fixed up a pretty nice area and made it very touristy with locals and tables to sit at, which was very nice and it was only a week old. The place is called blue crab and the truth is super nice I am not going to complain at all about the place it is very nice and I feel it is great because it is I think the first tourist area when we go to the beach I think it is the first thing we see if we go from the city to the beach.

Por otro lado, las mesas se ven bastante cómodas, hay unas donde quedan directo a los locales y las otras quedan más cercanas a la playa también hay otras mesas sin toldo un poquito más alejadas y ahí par de locales vendiendo comidas cócteles bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, snacks, cocadas y de todo un poco. Yo la verdad no quería acercarme tanto a la playa porque no tenía ganas de bañarme y sabía que no lo dejamos a quedar mucho tiempo, a mí me gusta estar bastantes horas en la playa, me gusta disfrutarlo de verdad, así que me quedé debajo de un árbol agarrando sombra y disfruté del rato que estaba ahí.

On the other hand, the tables are quite comfortable, there are some that are right next to the locals and the others are closer to the beach, there are also other tables without a canopy a little further away and there are a couple of places selling cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, cocadas and a little bit of everything. I really didn't want to get too close to the beach because I didn't feel like swimming and I knew that we wouldn't stay there for long, I like to spend many hours on the beach, I really like to enjoy it, so I stayed under a tree grabbing some shade and enjoyed the time I was there.

Al rato nos pedimos unas cocadas las cuales están muy económicas un poquito más de un dólar costaron cada una y a mí me gusta mucho el sabor del coco, pero no me gusta comer coco así que estaba a la expectativa de la cocada pensé que no me iba a gustar, pero me encantó totalmente sentí que era como Casi un helado, pero más líquido de verdad estaba muy buena la recomiendo 100%. Aunque yo soy una persona de bebidas alcohólicas soy una persona team cerveza, este día no estuve tomando nada de eso, ya que no estaba de buen humor y como sabía que no me iba a quedar mucho tiempo es más creo que estuvimos dos horas exactamente no quería entusiasmarme porque sabía que no iba a continuar.

After a while we ordered some cocadas which are very cheap, they cost a little more than a dollar each and I really like the taste of coconut, but I do not like to eat coconut so I was waiting for the cocada I thought I was not going to like it, but I totally loved it, I felt it was like almost an ice cream, but more liquid, it was really good, I recommend it 100%. Although I am a person of alcoholic beverages I am a person team beer, this day I was not drinking any of that, because I was not in a good mood and as I knew I was not going to stay long, I think we were exactly two hours I did not want to get excited because I knew I would not continue.

Aun así mi objetivo del día era tomarme algunas fotos bonitas y creo que lo logré pudo haberme esforzado un poquito más, pero la verdad me gustó bastante el sitio sentí que fue un día de reconocimiento de la zona para poder ir nuevamente con objetivo de quedarme más tiempo de disfrutarlo como a mí me gusta y de hacer todas esas cosas que siempre hago en la playa. Me gustó muchísimo que arreglaran este sector, ya que ahora en la playa va a estar mucho más limpia, ya que cuando hay locales comerciales siempre se encargan de limpiar la playa y eso está bien. Además, que hacía falta un sitio nuevo en la ciudad para ir y no estar repitiendo los mismos lugares de siempre. Espero que les haya encantado conocer esta experiencia, nos leemos pronto!

Even so my goal of the day was to take some nice pictures and I think I did it, I could have made a little more effort, but I really liked the place, I felt it was a day of reconnaissance of the area so I could go again with the goal of staying longer to enjoy it as I like and to do all those things I always do on the beach. I really liked that they fixed this area, because now the beach will be much cleaner, since when there are commercial establishments they always take care of cleaning the beach and that's good.
