One beautiful thing about positivity is that it is so powerful that it can propel one into being motivated, enthusiastic, resilient to perform optimally.
Not only that, being in a work environment filled with positivity also makes employees commit to their work, embrace and tackle challenges and break more boundaries.It creates a stronger relationship and collaboration:
Positivity breeds a healthy, peaceful atmosphere which is very important for a successful relationship and business. When individuals maintain a positive mindset, they are more likely to listen actively, communicate effectively, and collaborate wholeheartedly. This creates a supportive and inclusive work culture, where employees feel valued and engaged. Consequently, optimum teamwork is achieved, leading to improved efficiency and creativity.
It helps one persevere in challenging situations.
Being positive in the face of challenges, adversity, or tough times helps one to know exactly how to tackle and overcome them, Such positive minded individuals see obstacles as opportunities for learning and growth not as impossible situations. It also helps individuals remain committed and motivated, and equally enable businesses to adapt and evolve in changing environment.It Improves mental and physical well-being:

Individuals with positive vibes usually have an air of cheerful lifestyle, which also transcend to the work environment and business too.

This is awesome @luchyl honestly i really love your energy, positivity can do a lot of things and people sometimes can lose sight of that with all the goings on in this world with all the struggles they have.
I have wrestled with suffering myself but it is positivity that pulls us through the dark times.
It can heal, it can inspire it can rescue you from darkness, it can set you free and much more.
The funny thing is it is actually really easy to obtain you just have to start using it in your life applying it to situations then suddenly things will start to change.
It took a long time for me to learn this and it isn't easy to sustain but if you can harness it as much as possible you can get through a lot in your life and end up on top of the game.

I totally agree with all you mentioned. Positivity is a life saver. It can pull you out of the deepest shit and transform you only if you learn how to embrace it and allow it lead you.
It's good to read that you learnt how to apply it in all areas of your life and it's been helping you get through.
