My Draw This In Your Style Entry : Cactus Ice Cream

Hello dtiys community and friends,

This is a drawing of a cactus that I made for the Draw This In Your Style by @angelanichole. The image that we are to recreate is a cactus and an ice cream in one. Our host provided a lovely gif image that is slowly melting like ice cream. I got interested and tried my best to do my own version using my own drawing style. Here I used the most common cactus that you could think of the one with branches on its side. I am not sure how I can put the idea of ice cream in the mix so I just made the bottom half which is supposed to be a pot, the ice cream. I used sugar cone as the pot for the cactus and used color blue but I was thinking of pink. Anyway blue it is or something more pale to give it that summer vibe. The ice cream is still not evident I think so I put this avocado green thing around the pot to combine the cactus and the pot together. To make it complete I thought it would need some legs or feet as if it were running. I added roots at the bottom of the blue pot which became the feet and the that avocado green blob dripping because of the motion kind of achieved that ice cream look to it. It was fun making this character hope you like it.
