Delicious Singara Recipe.

Today I have come with a recipe for you. Today I will share a very interesting recipe with you. This recipe is a crunchy Singara recipe. Singara is always eaten outside. I tried the recipe for the first time at home. The Singaras are much more delicious to eat. This recipe can be made very easily. I hope you will like today's recipe. So let's get started.
Required ingredients
Flour
Black cumin
Salt
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Jeera powder
Potato
Coriander leaves
Onion
Green chili
Step - 1
First I took a cup of flour in a bowl. Then I added a quantity of salt and a quantity of soybean oil there. Then I added a quantity of black cumin.

Then I mixed everything well. In this way, I made a soft dough. And I covered it with a lid for 30 minutes.

Now I chopped the onion, green chili and coriander leaves. I also cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion. Then I added some ginger paste.

Then I added salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and garlic paste one by one. I had processed these in advance. Due to which I found it quite convenient to add them.

Then I stirred everything very well and then I kneaded everything well for a while.

Then I put the chopped potatoes in there. I stirred it well again.

Now I added enough water so that the potatoes are cooked.

Once it is cooked a little, I add chopped onion, chopped green chili and chopped coriander leaves.

Then I stirred everything well again and removed it from the hair.

Now I made a thick roti with the dough I made earlier.

Then I cut the roti in two along the middle. Now I put water around each part. When I give it the shape of a singara, it will act like glue.

Now I made a corner of a singara. Then I put potatoes inside it.

Then I covered it with water. In this way I made all of them. Then I left them for a while. I left them for about an hour.
Step - 15
I fried the singaras in a pan with a sufficient amount of oil. When they turn brown in color, we will take them out.
