Avoiding tension in crypto trading

The crypto market can sometimes be a financial market that is so unpredictable most especially when some certain news or events comes up and destroys various predictions made towards the crypto market.

Whenever such bad news comes up and scatters the predictions towards the crypto market , many crypto traders or investors tend to experience sad times and disappointment and there is this tension that comes up during the bad period on the market ,the experience is not a pleasant one , I have experienced it to severally before until I changed my mentality towards the crypto market.

And what mentality do I have towards the crypto market before now ?? Before I used to trade crypto daily and I want to make quick gains , this sometimes work for me but most times I get disappointed because of the frequent unpredictable nature of the market , and I experience the tension alot and it got to a point i was beginning to sometimes feel depressed whenever the market goes against my prediction.

But right now I am no more experiencing any tension because I now have a mentality which is that I now see the crypto market as a market where one can make long term investment and get amazing returns on those investment in the future , this has made me to take trades for the long term and now I do not get worried whenever there is any news or events that affects on the market at the moment because my investment was programmed for long term gains and not the short-term gains..

Before I used to see crypto market as a get rich quick platform and that made me to took unusual risks just because I want to get rich overnight and during the process I begin to experience tension whenever the market is not favourable , but with the new mentality I have about the crypto market , I know longer get afraid anymore even if we enter bear season I do not fear because I already programmed my mind that whatever I have invested into the market is for long term returns on my investment.
